The ice machine was broke and no one would help or just give me ice. The soda machine had drink coming out everywhere but in the cup. It was horrible. Never again.
Very nice people and good service. The double quarter pounder is great with nuggets.
Big boss is very unfriendly to the staff. Shouts nonstop at them. As costumer i cannot enjoy my time there because I just feel sorry about the staff.
My food was not fresh at all, I used to enjoy eating from this location but the service sucks and the food too.

Friendly staff, just wish when u order an pay for large fries you actually get a large fry an not half the container full but all the way full.
Ordered a double cheeseburger and a blueberry muffin. They had me pull forward and wait. So I waited for at least 20 minutes. While waiting everyone in the drive-thru kept on getting their food but we never received ours. So I called up there and they told me they were out of blueberry muffins and then we had white another 10 minutes for them to bring the cheeseburger out.
First, you have to enter your order through a kiosk (a gift from covid?). You can no longer walk up to the counter and give your order to a person. Most most people, myself included, didn't know how to operate it and someone was there to help everyone out with it. Food was OK. Burgers are a lot smaller than I remember them being. I don't really go to McDonald's very often.
Ordered the cinnamon bun & apple fritter. Cinnamon bun was heated but the fritter was cold & hard. Neither was tasty. I wasted $5.
It was not at good experience we want be going back to that McDonald's.
