LONG drive thru wait but the donuts are good... Going inside to pickup appeared faster than the drive thru... Ordered the Mother's Day Pack and was disappointed that the box was missing the cake batter donuts... Thanks anyway! ?
I went inside during the time the famous sign was on. It was busy inside and in the drive thru. They were obviously short staffed but it did not matter. They were very friendly and really quick. I couldn't have handled it like they did. It is a donut shop but they work faster and more friendly than most restaurants I've been to.
Have it 5 stars even though there was a little bit of a wait in the drive thru but it's Krispy Kreme. Worth the wait. Always good and good selection

My receipt for my online order wasn’t emailed so when I showed up I asked for a receipt and the employee directed me to a paper on the box that was only a breakdown of the flavor of donuts ordered - this paper did not include my order total. I asked for a receipt with a total and explained that it was not emailed and this is a COMPANY CARD so I need a receipt with the total. She said “we don’t do that” which is illegal considering you have to provide a receipt for tendered sales. I explained my situation again and was told again they absolutely couldn’t do it. I request to see the manager because I’m running late for work and the event we were hosting now. I had to explain the entire situation again to the manager. AGAIN I’m told “we don’t do that”. I want to make it clear, I don’t care what you DON’T usually do for online orders, I care about what you CAN do and I know you can print a receipt. I felt like I was dealing with laziness and an unwillingness to help the “white girl” by your employees and must only be causing an issue for them because I’m white and they are not because apparently they think that’s what we do. Once they realized I wasn’t leaving without a receipt the manager got my order number and would you believe it? She was able to print one. I’d like to understand why this was not done from the start? I do understand that normally, you wouldn’t print a receipt for an online order because it gets emailed - however, I explained several times it was not emailed to me. It shouldn’t take 15 minutes and several employees to do this - it seems pretty simple to me. Myself and my company (who have placed many orders at this location) will never do so again, though, based on my treatment, I highly doubt you care. But, I hope the customers reading this do.

Very clean, wide range of donuts to choose from. The coffee was hot and fresh, like the donuts.
No glazed donuts. Would have been a 30+ minute wait. Said they only had a few blueberry and some cake ones. Had NO other doughnuts at all. Very disappointed

I love these doughnuts, especially the creme filled ones! There isn't a Krispy Kreme where I live, so I try to stop by every time I'm in Rocky Mount.
