The chicken tenders was cold and fries was cold and ask for rolls didn't have any but I left other custers had rolls and told then to let me know when the chicken tenders and fries was ready and still want and spent 60.00 there
Per my friend his meal of livers onions/gravy w/ mash potatoes was great
Ladies are very friendly. But the food isn't good at all. The spaghetti tasted like they used ketchup straight from the bottle. The cheese on the broccoli was ridiculous. The greens had no seasoning at all. I spent 32.00 on 3 plates of MESS...This is NOT real SOUTHERN COOKING....Never again
I usually love their baked chicken but this date 12/18/21 they were short staffed and we just got to go plates instead of waiting for a table. I ordered baked chicken rice and brown gravy broccoli and cheese I didn't look at plate before I got home. As you can see the rice didn't have gravy on it and the broccoli had mushroom gravy on it instead of cheese. I totally understand being under staffed but if you can't provide a quality product and service you should just close for the day. Chicken was undercooked.
Absolutely horrible service , food was just kinda blah, no deserts, bread was like a rock. Everyone who works here hates their job no doubt about that by the way they act. The place is in terrible need of renovation. Definitely not returning here I don't think it'll be in business much longer.
We waited in line for like 30- 40 minutes. I saw people walk back up to the window. We asked for her to read back what we got and she said something completely different. She must think she pretty because she was giggling as she messed up our order. As we had to repeat our order then she even asked us again what we order when we got up to the window. So unprofessional and she thought it was funny. By then we could not get out the line. Ill just say she was a young girl.
Very good customer service from employee staff ,,, Serving on food line and wait staff at tables on dining room. Would recommend and eat there again !!! ?

I went to the Rocky Mount location in October 2021, and the Salisbury steak had no taste whatsoever.
