Waited 40 minutes for 2 regular subs while I watched 10 other people's subs be prepared and go out the door before they got around to mine
Sandwich was delicious!!!!!! Sandwich maker seemed to complain about a requested substitution to another worker. Very slow line! Few choices for chips. Cashier was very friendly.
A better experience then some of the Jersey Mike's. Service was fast, although if you wanted a hot sub, they were short staffed and there was a wait for those.
First they never answer the phone or have online ordering available so placing an order ahead of time is out the window. The last 3 times I've been I've had to wait almost an hour for an order when told 20 minutes as well as it still being made wrong. Establishment is definitely not what it use to be.
Terrible experience and staff not at all helpful...they actually collectively attempted to sabotage my order...no matter what customer satisfaction should be the goal not getting a one up because you are in your feelings ..and to the sandwich maker that stated she will eat the sandwiches...you should remember...you are a liability to the company and the money I spend is an asset...bottom line no matter how much a company screams short staff the bottom line is their money...and assets...you can be replaced today and my business will still be welcomed tomorrow
There is a young man in there at night he goes above and beyond with his customers service he works super hard and drives a hr to work and he's not a manager and I think he should be
I went there yesterday around lunchtime and waited 20 minutes for my food. When I got home (all the way in Nashville) I realized my food was incorrect. I called over and over… no answer. Drove back today, sent my oldest child in with the receipt, for him to wait in a line another 10 minutes just to be told I would have to wait for them to finish everyone else in line and get them out the door first because it was lunch and busy. So I called again & whoever picked up told me I would have to wait on hold 10-15 min before someone could speak with me. I hung up after 15 min. Why should I have to wait for everyone else to be helped and Out the door when he stood in line just like everyone else and my food was wrong YESTERDAY. They still never remade my food or gave me a refund. Left my number and no one called me back. Total chaos and very rude!!!

Subs are generally good and orders are almost made correctly every time. It happens and any issues are corrected.
Because he didn’t ask me what type of bread I wanted and gonna assume I wanted white bread when I requested rosemary parm and they were running out of bacon smh customer service really suck very disappointed
