I love IHOP. Most of the locations serve really good food. On this visit the turkey sausage was not good. The eggs need work; perhaps adding the cheese right before the eggs are done would make the eggs cheesy. Unfortunately the waffle with strawberries on top is not good. The strawberries make the waffle soggy.

The food was great, the staff is Idk over worked or just some don't want to be there. They see you get seated and they roll their eyes. Please remember this isnt all the stuff this was the person that sat us, my waitress and another staff just not happy that day. Others smiled said hello and have a good day.
Good service and was seated quick! Got the Breakfast sampler. With scrambled eggs and cheese.
Everything was cool until uber eats took a minute to.pick.my order then i.called.them.and asked.for.them.to.remake.the order.due to the elongated delay in.pick.up. they was not.trying to accommodate me on the freshness of my.order. they Food good but it.dont take a rocket scientist to apply real customer service
Nice staff, hard working workers trying to take care of rush hours, so even if the orders take a while to fulfill, you don’t mind seeing it correct and quality. There’s big diverse crowd of clientele and Spanish speakers servers too. Decorations are good but drab due to being not so new or cleaned enough. Menu is standard yet varied. A fun food joint in small town setting.
The food was very good and the waitress Crystal was very polite and on point with her service. She did an excellent job. We were seated right away with no wait. The lobby was full when we left. Overall, good food and good service!
The waitress was nice but we waited for drinks about 15 minutes… manager then came to get our drinks and food order… food took another 30 minutes to come out… food was cold ? I didn’t even have it in me to complain. I just came straight here to comment.
Do Not Go To IHOP especially in Rocky Mount. Several months ago a white manager was fired for discrimination toward two black patrons. Well it's still going on. On Valentines Day I experienced similar behavior at the Rocky Mount NC store and it's obvious they'll take your money, but they really don't care if you come there or not if you're black. No one expressly said that, but their actions speak truth to power. Do spend your hard earned money anywhere that you have to be second class to anyone....
I would just like to say ive read all our customers have to say good or bad yes we are short staff and we strive to make your visit much more than just a place to come eat you guys are like our familys thanks for the feedback guys drop in to see us we only get better with time and yes we still flipping p's(pancacks) that is!!!
