About a hour wait for drive thru. Person taking the order was unprofessional. They didn't have a lot of the food that was on the menu and when we finally got the food it was missing the Turkey bbq.
Food portions was horrible for the price charged, smallest legs ever and greasiest hush puppies ever! Change in staff really shows through the service and food.,?
By far the worst food experience I had with Gardners. The hushpuppies taste like baking soda and the chicken was just awful. Waiting in line for 30 mins just to receive food that I couldn’t even eat. They have a no return policy so I’m left to find something else to eat.*Ordered (3) 2 piece darks and a BBQ sandwichOrdered two lemonades and got tea tried to return but the doors was locked and line was wrapped around building.
Hush puppies were so small my friend thought they were shoestring fries.Even though people were coming after church, they had no fried chicken ready. There was a 10 minute wait. That wouldn't have been that bad but, everyone was waiting for chicken, about 10 hungry, annoyed people. We hope things wii get back to the way they were. Up until the last 2 visits, they were really good.
Was really nice and friendly. Food taste water down. Did not put all the food ordered on plate.
Great childhood memories. Was in the area and couldn't pass it up! Just as good as I remember. New to me: they have a drive thru! Got some pints of BBQ to go too.
We went through the drive thru and ordered our food. We had to wait about 15 minutes to get our food but it was worth the wait. The employee that waited on us was very nice and helpful. She brought our food to us when it was ready. It was delicious, fried chicken,bbq,boiled potatoes, Brunswick stew, and black eyed peas. Yummy!

We Was In Line Since 6 20 and the line was super long for us to finally get to the sign an see they close at 7 but nobody came out to say anything but let us sit in that long as line it was 7 other cars behind us!!! But to walk in an not say anything to us it was 4 cars in front of us. This is Crazy They Had 4 people to come out an just stand there an look at us an say absolutely nothing we thought they was customers coming out. They could have at least said hey we close so we won't spend Gas in line waisting gas waiting!!!!! Never Again Will I Be Back This Is Some Bull An I Will Be Calling The Main Office Monday Morning To Complain.
Never answer the phone and when it does ring, they let itb ring til voice-mail picks up. Should Donald Trump the entire staff and start over.
