Stood at the counter alone for at lease 10 minutes before someone asked have I ordered in fact started to take a order around me as if I was a gosh I mean right in front of the cash register in front
The Chicken and Barbecue were pretty darn good. Collard greens where amazing. The downside is the Macaroni&Cheese. Fried cornbread bag was Soaked in Oil.
The staff was friendly. Most of the food was good except for the Brunswick Stew. The potatoes in the stew were not done and it did not look like or taste like traditional Brunswick Stew. The Chicken & Dumplings & cabbage tasted amazing. The sweet tea was okay but a bit too sweet for me.
Didn’t like that the potatoes are hard and they never have yams. Chicken and bbq was good

Normally my food is good but today was a bad experience...first I came to pick up the food early from a online order it was not ready had to leave and come back fries was burnt fish was like eating leather my husband plate was fine but this food coast too much for them to give you anything I didn't take it back cause they have a issue with you when you bring stuff back and I tried to eat it ....get some better cooks!!!!
Sour employees. Couldn’t get my order right & when I asked if my order could be corrected I was told I had to order at the speaker again or go n the restaurant. Went in the restaurant & one of the employees stood behind the wall making ignorant remarks and laughing about my issue instead of fixing the problem. The employees need to learn how to conduct business, the disrespect was at an all time high.
The employee taking my order got my order wrong even after I asked her if she heard me say legs only. I get my plate and of course it has a thigh. I nicely said this was suppose to me a leg and she shut the window only to come back and ask for the plate I was trying to give back to her. When she came back she had gotten the order correct but turned my plate sideways to give it to me spilling ALL of my chicken pastry into my collards. I might could have looked past it all if it had been good. Everything tasted like it was poured out of a can. How do you mess up yams? TERRIBLE!!!

They were out of fish and plain fries. The cashier obviously inexperienced. My order wasn't what I wanted and she made everyone's order to go. We were eating in. Then she rolled her eyes at the cook because he didn't understand her order. 1 order, 2 tickets. ??♀️They need to pluck out that one bad apple.
