Horrible! We waited and waited in line for about 1/2 an hour. Finally got to the pickup and nope nothing was ready! Then she didn't know what order we had(we were the third car in line) waited more finally got what we had ordered. The drinks we ordered were horrible, the munchkins had 1 chocolate,the rest jelly yuk! Ordered 50 munchkins in 2 boxes same in both boxes ?. Some training might be nice. I won't be back.
Traveling from Florida to Connecticut. Stopped over night in Rocky Mount, NC. Stopped at this Dunkins in the AM for 2 Iced coffees to begin our long drive home. Was in the drive thru for 25 Minutes for 2 iced coffees!!! This bears repeating...In line for 2 easy to make coffees for 25 minutes, so, no, not a great start to anyone's day. By the way, there were only 4 cars in front of us when we jumped in line. Worst Dunkins experience ever!!!!
The girl helping us was very sweet. But, the service in general was awful. They “lost our ticket”, so she asked to see the order from our phones. She wrote them down but she did so incorrectly, saying she “didnt see” the flavor shots/sugar and so eventually I told her the order. Was at the window for at least 10 minutes after waiting a half hour in the drive through.
Went to this location to order a coffee and hash brown. As I was trying to order no one was responding in the drive thru. When I finally got someone the lady literally yelled at me and said “how many hash browns!?” I just decided to drive off instead of dealing with her attitude. I will not be returning to this location
Rude and inexperienced staff. Seems like they have a high turn over rate. Always different employees every few weeks. Very poorly managed as my order was wrong and I was told I would not get a refund. Also service was very slow.
This Dunkin can be a hit or miss. A lot of the time the coffee is nasty and has to be remade. Haven’t had an issue with food yet, the wake up wraps are always good.
The staff is great and very caring! They work hard to make sure you get your drinks quickly! I know coffee is a morning drink but the late night hours are a great time stop by as well!
This Dunkin is worse. I was in drive thru and they had no one in line or in the inside and it took them 2 mins to take my order. Not only that my coffee was cold! The people there have the worse customer service ever. I used to come every morning and now it takes 25 mins to get a cup of coffee even when ordering online. I used to brag on Dunkin but I'm going to Starbucks from now on. This is at the Sunset location. It's a shame if you don't wanna work stay home.
Even though you HAVE to go in the drive thru only, it wasn't that bad of a wait. My order was ready when I got to the window and the female cashier was SUPER NICE.
So disappointing! We were driving home from Florida and actually drove the ~2.5 miles off of I-95 just to go here because we wanted coffee and sandwiches. Well, apparently their kitchen doesn't open until 1pm (it's Sunday)! I've never heard of this at DD?!? It took a VERY long time to get 2 coffees and some donuts! Coffee was luke warm; donuts were okay.
