The only reason it even earned one star was that they remade the rock hard ice cold pizzas that had sat on the counter for 40 minutes and were never delivered. I ordered 2 pizzas and boneless wings on a week night to be delivered. The order was ready and as I kept checking the status it said the pizzas were being checked for quality but not on their way. An hour and a half after we ordered I finally got in the car at 9pm at night and drove to the store to pick up our order. When I arrived, the manager was not apologetic and seemed less than concerned that the boxes I had to come pick up were ice cold. I told her I had serious reservations that even wanted the pizzas and chicken because the boxes were not even warm. She just smiled and looked at me as if I needed to leave. I put the pizzas in the car and drove home. When I opened the box and went to pull a slice out of the box, the entire burnt pizza came out of the box like a brick. Not only could I not have eaten that, I may have had to have Serious dental work after trying to consume it. My kids were so hungry but I had no choice but to go back and try to get something they could eat. I drove back to the store and told them I couldn't eat it. The cook was extremely apologetic and began remaking the pizzas and chicken. He thanked me for being so patient but the manager seemed concerned with the fact that I brought the charcoal bricks back to the restaurant and refused to keep them. I didn't bother asking for my money back but in hind site I should have because the second set we got was not much better. It was warm (keep in mind, I sat there and waited for it, so it should have been hot) but still very hard to eat. Dominos in this location has taken a severe downhill turn. When it's open and if it's open the quality of food and service is not worth ever going back to.
Extremely unprofessional! I called this store 7xs in a row with the line ringing until finally someone (male) answered the phone. He didn't state it was domino's, he just said "hello". So I asked Is this domino's? He said "didn't you dial the number, what can I help you with" So I asked for the manager, he hung up on me. I called back, a woman answered the phone and I asked her who was the gentleman that just answered the phone, she stated "the manager". When I asked for his name, she said she just started working at the store and didn't know. I then asked her what was her name. She said "I'm not doing this with you ma'am and hung up the phone! Extremely unprofessional store! I will be contacting corporate.
Got order all wrong but did tell me I had credit to fix it so maybe be better next time and change review
will not answer phone just rings and rings at one point we called on both our phone still no one answered
Probably one of the worst pizzas we have had in recent memory, and let's be honest, it is hard to screw up a pizza. First, it took one hour thirty-five minutes to have the pizza delivered. We tried to call and cancel after an hour but no one would even answer the phone. We watched the online tracker and the pizza sat at the restaurant over an hour before it was delivered. You can guess what it looked like when it got here, but it was even worse. Cold, dry, missing toppings on half the pizza = TERRIBLE. I know, I know, COVID caused this. Sorry, tired of hearing it. Never again. We were offered a free medium pizza but Dominos can keep it, as it is not worth the trouble or disappointment.
They never answer the phone so now I can’t ask them something about my order this is like the 8th time I’ve ordered and they didn’t answer
WORST service ever if I could give ZERO STARS i wouldEvery time we try and give them the benefit of the doubt they disappoint us more and more each time. Not only with quality of our order but the customer service as well. Don’t think about calling and getting someone to answer because they won’t answer. I placed an order online because we were having a party at my home and selected pay at store while my sister selected to pay over her app. We both order at the same time they call me and tell me they’re closing at here in a few mins they they are cleaning they’re grills and can’t make my food keep in mind someone just placed an order at the same time and paid and was able to pick up their food. I’ll be calling corporate in the morning to report the store and I hate to be a “Karen” but it’s always something the store should be shut down and completely restarted with managers and all.
Few days ago, the Domino's (plain) wings were, like always fully cooked.The wings again were crispy tasty, as i visit again, over at my close family member house in Rocky Mount. You're devoiding sauce, with orders for Fettucine Alfredo." You're charging $6.99 or more, but yet lack of sauce.Now,this surely is not the first time, you're put on notice prior 3 out of five deliveries 2 short months ago. Shall call the manager, to fix this relevant issue.Not the first time."
ok. tonight:A nice lady delivered us, the food. Shout out to i think her name was Stacie or Sherie, "with an S." Nice. Not 1 bad thing to say about her. She adhere to such "instructions.(thank you,ma'am.) Now the issue. Gotta call manager, for credit because it's not what we ordered, dry as can be alfredo, the sauce is non-existent, leaving on fb, twitter,insta too.This should not be the case. I love the wings, hot sandwiches(parmigiana)is ALWAYS 100% awesome! But, you're skimping on the toppings/sauce.I did not order tonight "DRY " FETTUCINE ALFREDO so you're getting 1 star. #BetterManagerNeededinSharpsburgDominos as this is clearly not how Alfredo is made, with teeny-tiny lil bit of sause. smh. adios.
Every place has a good crew and bad. But the once that do they are GREAT! It shows!
