Very poor customer service & nasty attitudes from the workers. I stopped by today to place an order but didn't knw the inside was closed so i asked for a menu & walked back outside to my car to call in an order. I called from the parking lot & the worker was giving me different prices than what the menu had. While looking at the menu I questioned that, she got an attitude & told me if I didn't like what she was telling me then come back at 5:00 to speak to the manager about it. I told her it wasn't that I didn't like it, I'm just asking questions. She said the same thing over again & I told her to cancel my order because I didn't like how rude she was being. She then said fine by me & slammed the phone down. I went thru the drive thru & asked another young lady working there for their corporate number and the sane girl comes the the window running her mouth & slammed the window shut & stuck her middle finger up at me. They just lost my business.
Ordered online, foods been ready for 20 minutes but the drive thru line is wrapped around the building & out into the street. No chance it'll be good when I finally get it 3 DAYS FROM NOW!
Ordered pizza at 7:30 p.m tonight and as of 10:00 it still hasn't been delivered even tho the tracker says it has been!! I should have known better than to order again from this store last time I picked up my order the staff had no hairnets and did not wash hands in between handling other persons money and then cooking smh they were also to busy goofing off to realize I had been sitting there for 10 minutes before was acknowledged. Worst customer service and I won't be ordering here again!!! Would give negative 5 if it was an option!!
Poor customer service. They don’t know how to multitask at all. I waited at the window for 15 minutes waiting on my food and ended up Leaving because I refuse to wait any longer just to receive cold pizza. That’s just unacceptable, called the store servals times because the girl acted as if she didn’t see anyone at the window but they just let the phone ring. If I could give zero stars I would. Corporate needs to get someone else to run this location cause the employees this store has lacks customer service skills
Don’t make orders until you get to the restaurant and make up an excuse even when the tracker says that it is ready. The ladies in the front let people pull up and order and you have to wait until their food is ready in order to get the one you call in. Rudest people ever and food not made on half of the times I’ve ordered. Pointless to ever return.
If I wanted a pizza I had to cut I could have made a walmart pizza. What happened with the quality check? It’s either a hit or miss . I call an no one answer.
I ordered food there last night at 12:50am. Google said they close at 2am. My order goes through and then I look at the tracker. The tracker says Lexus IS preparing my order, my order is baking. So I drove to the store. Before I go to the window I checked again and it said complete and that it was ready. I get to the window at 1am and the boy gone say they didn't fix it. The computer shuts down or something. Come to find out they close at 1am apparently. So why not change google? How about call me and let me know? Why did your tracker keep updating??? Then I find out they still charged me. The manager couldn't refund me by putting it back on My card so I had to drive there! No one really acted like they cared. Didn't offer anything. Not saying I wanted anything free but at least show you gaf and offer something for all the inconvenience
Placed order through mobile app while 25 minutes away. Got a notification my order was being made; however, when I arrived to pick up the pizza. I was told it would additional wait time of 25-30 minute due to a big pizza order in front of mine. Didn't give me a notice on the app or a courtesy call about my order being delayed. No discount on order. I don't usually order Domino's pizza because of the better options around town.
wow. just wow. placed order at 210, started bake at 305, arrived at 350
Pizza was really good, had to have it remade because it was brunt on too at first and unappetizing. They were nice about it and remade with no issue
