Best burger I’ve had in a long time… don’t skip on cookout if you’ve never been!
My son asks for cookout often. I occasionally cave in and pull in... I'm consistently disappointed in the quality of the product. However, even more disheartening...I seriously just recounted in my head, the last 5 trips, the orders have been wrong. There's nothing more frustrating than sitting literally forever because it's always slow, but then to realize you wasted money and now have to find something else to eat.... We visit the Rocky Mount, Fuquay Varina, and Cary locations ... All three are consistently bad. I've now resorted to sitting through the slowly moving drive through and only ordering for my son... It won't be long before I'll just stop going at all.
All I wanted was a honey mustard chicken wrap. I did not expect it to come with hair rolled inside it. Waste of time and money on my lunch break. Disgusting to the utmost degree. Fortunately, I was able to see it before I ate any parts of it.
Food was fine, but customer service was absolutely awful. The employee Ka'Niya (yeah, I saved the receipt so I wouldn't forget) was extremely rude and attitudinal while I was placing my order. Took me maybe 20 seconds so there's no need for that. Once I rolled up to the window, she mumbled something and when I asked her to please repeat, she literally yelled at me about what sauce I wanted (maybe if you didn't have a diaper over your face I could understand you). Finally when I left I told her to have a nice day, she literally said NOTHING. Extremely rude and unprofessional. She shouldn't be working with customers at all. Management needs to do something about this. I'll think twice about ever coming back.
Great for at great price compared to DC. I think the burger was better than 5 guys at half the price. Wish there's one in MD.
Ordered $30 worth of food for 5 kids which is the plus to having a cookout, but when you don’t get half the food you order it makes it a rip off. Should double check you orders before giving them to the customer no matter how busy you are.
She got an attitude when i repeated my order bc she didn't do a repeatback. But i ordered a peach shake not a heath shake. Thats why repeat backs are important.
Just completely disorganized. Waited 20 mins while they were fixing orders they messed up

Waited o er an hour to get milkshakes, only to find black hair inside the lid! Spent almost $14 for 4 shakes....definitely a waste of money! No one answered the customer service line & the local # had someone puck up only to hang up each time!
