I have to be transparent, our food was delivered cold and wet, but honestly, that doesn’t mean it wasn’t awesome before it was in the box. I give this Chili’s 5 stars because it may have not been their fault, but also the customer service from both the hostess and the manager on a busy Saturday night was outstanding. Everybody has an off day, especially as hard as it is to staff places right now. I was really appreciative of the outstanding customer service during such stressful times!
This was great! 5/5 would recommend it was a long wait but it was worth it! I had the Texas cheese fries and Southwestern Eggrolls.
Wait staff was low so there was a understandable wait time. However, our waitress felt she didn't need to write our order down. Two orders came out 15 minutes before the other two. The second two plates were burgers... not correct and burnt! Had to ask for drink refills multiple times. Not a good experience at all this time!
There was a 25 minute wait to get seated which was fine. Once we got seated we had to wait another 20 minutes for our food. Fine no problem. The problem was once we gor our food it was cold. We waited all that time for our food to come and when we finally got it it was cold. Then when we gor our bill the waitress had our bill wrong. We gor the 2 for 25 dollars and our bill was over 40 dollars. Had to get it fixed. I wouldn't recommend
Got there at 5:50pm- bar had a few people but the entire left side of the restaurant was open. Placed our order and waited until 6:55pm to finally toss the towel in. Was told a few times our food was next- unfortunately it never was. This location is known for things like this. In fact - I had not been there in over a year because of the same circumstances my last visit. Chili's corporate- shut this location down for all that's holy. No leadership- no service - and no care in the world if customers have to wait over an hour for food that never comes. Guess it will be another year until I try them again. SMH...

I love Chilli’s so much! It’s honestly one of my favorite restaurants. If you want to eat out on a budget the 3for$10 is for you! I used to always get the honey chipotle chicken crispers w loaded mashed potatoes and fries, but now the Cajun chicken pasta is my fav!! I love it so much and the strawberry lemonade is so good.
Super long wait to be seated and then a long wait to get our drinks and orders in. It was a normal amount of time to get the food and the food was okay but....it just took so long that it was hard to enjoy ourselves. Maybe they are understaffed? Still they shouldn't tell everyone that the wait is 20 minutes when it's more like 45 minutes. I'm just sayin....If I had a more accurate timeframe I probably would have went somewhere else and had a better time on the one night I've been without my kids in 3 months.
We were missing almost 1/2 of our order and had to wait more than 20 mins for them to get it fix...so all the food was cold...and the food we waited so long for wasnt even fresh. They only had one bright star there n she worked the register for carry out...she actually fixed me a new salad worth eating. The salad I recieved was pitiful, I literally had like a sprinkle of lettuce, 4 croutons that were drenched in dressing. I gave the 1 star for the cashier and the salad she fixed.
