Using the app and racking up points is the best way to get value from Chick-fil-A. My favorite fast food chain.

We had to drive completely around the building twice to get our drive thru order.The food was delicious, though.

I love Chick-fil-A. One of the biggest reasons why is CONSISTENCY. this place in NC was exactly the same as the Chick-fil-A down the street from me in Massachusetts. Perfect place to stop on our road trip and get lunch. They were mobbed, but we sat down. And I ordered on the app and our food was brought right out to us when it was ready.

the food was edible and typical of CFA is the best thing i can say about this location. they impressively screwed up 3 of 4 meals for our online order as we were passing through town

After placing our order at the counter we realized that our sprites were just club soda so my husband went up to ask for new drinks. He stood to the side of the register, where we stand every other Chick-fil-A. He was walked past 25 times by various employees, including two managers, without being helped. Eventually someone did assist him. However, then one girl from our group didn't receive her milkshake. She went up to wait for help to ask about the missing shake. No one helped her either so her mom told the manager who was still sweeping the floor that the girls had been standing there and been ignored by multiple employees. Instead of apologizing for this oversight and immediately stepping in to help he said that they were standing in the wrong area (the same area we stand at in EVERY other CFA in the country). When she asked where should they be standing he said they needed to go to the register, so apparently expecting them to wait in line again for missing an item. This manager never did go assist them to get them their missing milkshake. So disappointed with this terrible example of customer service. It's no wonder the employees ignored us after their manager showed such a terrible example.

I don't go there no more. To the usually pleasant and crowded dining rooms. The car tarmac is pollock like an airport with zoom dog guy inflashlihjtnguy lllin orange coats directing traffic. Thr.line usual wraps around the block

TERRIBLE! Used to have good service. Now they tell you want you can and can’t put on your sandwich, salad, etc. (cheese, toppings, etc.) Have become VERY RUDE and unprofessional. 2/10 recommend

The Wilson, NC location was a great disappointment. I arrived there at 1022am only to be told that I could not have fries until 1030, and was offered hashbrowns instead, I declined and canceled the order. The hashbrowns are never good!! I still had to sit in line 8 minutes anyways, there is no way to get out of the line without passing the window. I was highly upset. I had never heard of this before this location. I went to Wendy's instead with my money.

Lets start with the food wasn't hot and it tasted funny ….like the oil needed to be changed for both the fries and the nuggets. Then this place is so slow it makes no sense I was in the drive thru for like 30 minutes. A suggestion is to have the workers taking the order also take the payment(like at other chick fil a’s). Another suggestion it remake the drive thru window into a door entrance and have numerous people handing out orders . Another suggestion is the order isnt ready have them pull into a designated parking spot so the line can keep flowing. For the inside id suggest just being more organized they had to remake my milk shake because i believe they accidentally gave it away . Also there were people not wear masks and scratching their hair and stuff which is not ok especially with covid going around.
