I received a warm and courteous welcome and excellent service and assistance from all the staff
I feel that Burger King doesn't taste the same as years ago so I really don't come here often
Just left buger king with no food cause the female that took our order had a very nasty attitude. She actually made us feel very uncomfortable. She needs to quit or go take a class on people skills. And the time 11:15 am when we came. Went to McDonald's and they treated us with love and care.
Went before 9:00 thinking getting fresh food and got Luke warm tatie tots and something was in my drink,I come back and aske can the whole meal be done over they lady at the window didn’t apologize or anything just took the bag,when I got the bag tatie tots were hot but French toast weren’t done as you can see in the pic smh the one star is just because it was hot the second time
Short staff food was nothing special so will not eat at this location again. Process food ingredients. For the breakfast dollar amount should've returned food for refund...
I’ve been to this location twice and both times were absolutely horrible. The second and last time I placed an order online to be picked up in the lobby. Upon arriving the lobby was closed and cars were wrapped around the entire building out to the entry. When I called they told me I had to wait in the drive thru line. When I requested a refund because I did not have time to sit there the rude woman refused to issue a refund and said I had to do it within the app; which it does not give you the option to do !
I needed to add extra tater tots to my order and had to say it 5 times. Then they gave me a piping hot coffee with a lid that fell off in the car while in hand.
I asked for fresh cooked food & they served it up, food was delicious
Food is good but not a lot of staff. Only reason for 4 stars is the nasty attitude of 1 staff member that was outside using a vape and they didn't have a sign up saying the dining room was closed. I didn't know the dining room was closed and got out because the drive-thru was packed. Vape girl who was playing on her phone yells "can't you see the inside is closed?"
Because of Burger King is going to Burger King. But this places already I will recommend to another person
