Unfortunately, the customer service, food quality, and timelines were all lacking during this visit.
Service is poor. We went through the drive through and ordered a half gallon of unsweet tea and fries. The employee was rude, and she gave us the fries, but we got sweet tea instead of what we ordered. Should have know better as she kept saying ‘sweet tea’ and we corrected her at least three times. She did not hide her agitation for being corrected. I think this was my last try at Bojangles, as this was not an isolated experience.
I love Bojangles on Raleigh Blvd...but this location will never see me again! Last week 3 associates stared at me for 10 minutes before they told me they were closed at 6:40 by the way. Today I sat at the drive thru intercom for about 10 minutes without any activity. I yelled and someone as may I help you. It sucks to know they were sitting there the entire time so I just pulled off when they replied.
It was absolutely disgusting. All the employees uniform & hair looked like none of it was washed. Then I saw an employee scratch her body w/ her bare hand and when I asked that she wash her hands she became irate. I'm NEVER going to raise Bojangles again.
The bojangles on 301in RM is horrible. The staff is rude, the food is cold and when you call the main office, nothing happens.
I waited in line while everyone in the store was walking around like they were lost cashier was sitting on a stool at drive through filling up tea containers when I knocked on window an asked what I was waiting for they said ? 8 minutes later I get my food pulled off check my food guess what my fries was cold and old so I pulled back in the parking lot and went inside to get fresh fries waited another 10 minutes people please lets get it together at these Bojangles I worked in the fast food business before and it was easy but I tried to make my customers Happy ? so I could keep them coming back

sorriest experience i’ve ever had i waited 35 mins for a picnic of beans and rice and was never told there would be a wait. if there was no stars i’d give it zero! the is a display and definition of sorry at the next level
A deaf person taking orders .worst service ever .this black lady failed to take my order so y drove to the window since this is a drive thru only.And she ignored me .I don't recommend this place.??????
