Wagyu burgers were excellent. Good size and very flavorful . Will buy again for sure.
Tried the new burger. Arby's needs to stick to other sandwiches. The first one got was cold. I sent it back to have it remade. I heard the girl tell them to "drop it fresh" , which confirmed that the first one was pre cooked. The second one was not much better. It was warm, but not hot, like a fresh cooked burger should be. On top of that, it was flavorless. The only positive thing about the burger is that it really looked good. Cannot recommend.
Garbage place. I sat in line for twenty minutes to see only a single car move. Even if one person was working they should have been able to do better than this. Don’t even waste your time, it’s obvious that the employees don't care.
Absolutely the worst Arby's I have ever seen. I've been going there for several years and the service has always been slow. Especially the drive thru. Went today, a Sunday at 4:30 pm and it was closed. Next closest is about 15 miles away. I will be going there from now on.
Love the 2 sandwiches for $6.00 deal. Always get the Roast Beef sandwich and sometimes the Fish sandwich.
Terrible. Waited in line far too long since you can't go in. They didn't give me any sauce which I stressed I needed. Last few trips have been utterly disappointing. This was my last trip there.
I went through drive thru didn't wait long. Got the food and it was cold sandwich cold , fries cold. Didn't get bacon on my other sandwich. Overall the experience isn't how it use to be in Rocky Mount NC .
The food was pretty good at Arby's I just don't understand though why is that kind of like Burger King where you can have it your way I have two coupons for $5 meals like beef and cheddar classic small fry and a small drink what's so be it it's $5 a piece for two people that's fine but we asked for an upcharge cuz we need more to drink with it we want a large fry and they said they can't do that you can't hit a button it just charge us an extra $2 to upsize it cuz we want a larger drink with that we still get a discount because you're giving us a coupon but we're still willing to pay for the larger drink and Fry that's just sorry to say you can't have it you'll take what's on the coupon you'll take nothing I just think that's bad service
Order the chicken nuggets, fries and soda. The fries were delicious but the chicken nuggets was hard some soft pieces with a lot of little crumbs. More hard little crumbs than chicken nuggets.
The best example of what ZERO customer service looks like! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! THE WORST ARBY'S BY FAR!
