This location is definitely a hit or a miss. One day might be good but the next isn't. Most of the time orders will be partially correct, for example, receiving the incorrect beverage if you receive it at all, or over cooked food and sometimes still partially frozen fries. Incorrect sauces given about 90 percent of the time. Many times the Texas toast has been soggy same with the fries. Today's fries wow I'm pretty confused. Some Partially frozen, Most were cold and soggy and some in there that looked like they were chewed on and spit out into the container. Also received the incorrect beverage. Correct sauce at least. Hopefully they will strive to have more good on the ball days
*Knock on wood* I went here so many times during college and never once was my order wrong. Plus, the food is of good quality relative to other Zaxby's and fast food spots.

Perfect besides kind of a limited menu. Great employees tho and clean place.
Kind of a hit or miss. Ordered wings & this is the size they gave me. Some of the other wings were normal sized. The tenders were also overcooked and sort of shriveled. Friendly staff though.
Customer service was the worst service I've ever had. Cashier was very rude and disrespectful will NEVER eat here again. Still haven't heard anything back from management.
Went here tonight staff was very rude a bunch of young kids at the drive thru light skin young boy slammed the window in my face because him and a coworker was laughing and joking absolutely disrespectful I had to give a star to post this!
You very well say you want chicken let chicken restaurants be your best choice,but Xaxby's different I'm not taking from the others to me I like them all it's flavors and different meals to choose from, but treat yourself and see how you like it.
They always skimp on the wings and things sauceGreat otherwise
