Yall look at this mess.who would eat those.As expensive as they are, you would think I would get some fresh fries like they show on their website. And thr chicken. Was soggy.
Ordered through door dash. Wing quality was bad, they forgot to put my fries in the bag. Ordered a large drink, got a small. Don’t waste your time and money.
I called to place an order and a guy answered the phone and said thank you for calling Wing Stop. I stated that I wanted to place an order and he hung up the phone. I called back and he hung up. I called again and he hung up. My husband goes inside to place an order and both the guy and girl are just looking at the phone and not answering. The customer service here at this location is horrible and I do not plan on ordering from here again. If I could have rated with a 0 star, I would have.
How do you have a phone number that never works? Or we just get hung up on.The quality of the food is alright at best.

Quan (Kwan) (not sure of spelling) is awesome. Great customer service and friendly demeanor! Definitely was a great lunch visit! And he said “love you back” when we said, “thanks, love you “ ? we say it to brighten days and he brightened ours!
Boyyyyyy how I wish I can get my money back smh Cajun corn dried out,thighs dried out, never received my lemon pepper tenders, no ketchup for the fries just messed my whole little world up smh never again!!!
Quan was very friendly and helpful. He had a great attitude with good customer service. I will definitely be back to eat here again.
Honestly the quality of the food just keeps declining. Why serve customers if you can’t supply quality product? When I first started going here it was great but the meat quality and lack of sauce has kept declining, not worth the money. This location though does have great customer service, that’s the only bonus. Do better WingStop.
The sauces and dips were very very bland...This place shorted us 2 chicken wings. The soda was out... Oddly only one was a wing and there were 13 drumsticks. They didn't let us know when our food was done and they don't give you napkins or wet wipes...I just hope I don't get the scoots
