A fly was cook into the chicken and the manager told me that it was a burnt piece of corn when you can clearly see the wing and the whole body of the fly!

The food was good , but they forgot one item of my order .I Didn’t make a big deal just told them what was missing . Most of the young ladies were pleasant and corrected the order but this one girl with blonde hair is always rude, has a nasty attitude and simply does not no anything about customer service. She rolled her eyes and sucked her teeth when I mentioned what I was missing- How dear you get annoyed with me because you left off an item I paid for- I ignored her for the moment because I had my child with me an I have no energy for immaturity, but she needs to be reported to corporate.This isn’t the first negative interaction with this young lady and it seriously needs to be addressed because her behavior will continue to help run off business and bring in several complaints. This was the night crew and again everyone else was pretty friendly but some guidance Is definitely needed with the night team no hair nets or no structure . Again the food was well done, all flats like we like it but I’m not returning to this location again.

Eat here once a week. Very rarely have had an issue.. and if I did have issue, it was always corrected. Cashiers are always pleasant. Food is done in timely manner. Best ranch in town..

I has often ordered lunch for myself and coworkers. They messed my order up told me they would replace the one missing items when we ordered again. When I did so they acted as if they had no idea... solution zaxbys will get our money instead.

Ordered wings and got a ton of nuggets (boneless wings) instead. If I weren't in a hurry, then I would've taken it back and waited another 15-20 minutes. It was an online order in black and white. How do you mess that up? I won't be back.

My husband loves their Lemon Pepper Wings. I must admit, they are really good. We will always get his wings here. Thanks.

I had the best experience with Wingstop. I wanted to try the chicken thighs but it needs to be ordered online, I didn't know but Roy the manager helped me with that. It was a lemon pepper chicken thigh, wings were lemon pepper and garlic parmesan and fries everything was delicious. Wingstop was clean, no unnecessary noises, employees were doing there jobs, food was done in a timely fashion and masks were in place. I want to thank the whole Wingstop family for making this an enjoyable experience

So this is just what I experienced tonight on Dec 29th around 8pm.... Walked in to a girl counting money who looked at me and kept counting, then when I said I was here for an online order she proceeded to tell me to hold on while she continued counting. After telling me my order wasn't ready, I proceeded to watch as she touched food with her bare hands (ready to eat carrots and celery) after touching money, the register, the telephone, and her head with 1 inch nails WITHOUT even stepping close to the sink. On top of watching every cook talk over everyone's food with their masks down. I mean for a 40 minute wait, they sure did entertain. So yeah.... Peanut butter and jelly it is I guess....

Very fast preparation of our food. Quality was pretty great as well. They take the COVID precautions pretty seriously and bag your food even for dine-in. I would recommend putting forks and paper towels in those bags but everything else was great.
