Food was not as good as expected. The fries were way too salty and the wings were mediocre. I don't know what all the hype is about concerning Wing Stop. They are missing a WOW FACTOR! Had better wings at I love N.Y. Pizza. I wish they had more flavors. They could stand to change their ingredients. The food was just ordinary. Not worth the price!
Customer Service is horrible. The were making all the walk I orders first meanwhile those that order online were force to wait double the time that was quoted online. They literally served a whole AAU team that was a walk in while everyone who ordered online was force to wait not cool . I would not recommend this Wing stop to my worst enemy it’s always this way GHETTO.
I would avoid this location! TOOK 2 HOURS for my order. Came in to pick up, a whole crowd of others waiting as well over an hour. Only 3 workers there which I understand but this place needs fixing
It was just bad….the wings were overcooked, fries were cold and with no seasoning or even salt, they forgot to give us the veggie sticks and I had no idea that I had to pay for ranch separately. Most places that sell wings provide ranch, this was new.
I would avoid this location. The workers are always extremely overwhelmed and not exactly professional. Each time I visit there is an enormous crowd and the staff is never handling it well. They curse and carry on loudly, out of frustration I suppose, and act as if they aren’t in a place of business. The wait time for food is ridiculous. People arriving to pick up online orders and you can see the tickets are just being printed when they get there. Wing stop is a decent place for wings but this location needs better staff.
Young Lady at register was by herself taking orders on a busy Friday night she was absolutely amazing getting those orders out get it girl!! I will definitely be coming back. Special thanks to the cooks you guys are amazing I seen a lot of tickets lined up and you guys made sure food was fresh hot and out the door!!
Not at all happy with the experience today. Tryed calling in a order and phone was put on hold for a incredibly long time. Ended up placing a online order while still on hold alert 5 minutes. Finished my online order while still on hold. Got to restaurant around time I was told food would be ready only to wait another half hour for for cold fries and cold corn which is what I was waiting for when I got there. Thanks to the wait the wings were cold too.
Fresh and tasty. Items on menu as described. Ordered online via ‘wing stop’ website, quick and smooth transaction, timely delivery. Very Satisfied customer. :)
Very clean location! Staff was very friendly and attentive. The food was fresh and well made. I would highly recommend this location.
This is definitely on my list of to do's! I have been by by have not stopped in to eat yet. It is tempting and looks delicious. I will make a point to stopping in and soon! Then I will tell you what I really think.
