Although I do enjoy eating at this particular place there have been a couple of times that I’ve come here and my order has been put in the system wrong I frequently spoke with management about my issue and it continues to happen. I still eat here and support the business due to the food being good but I am very unhappy with the fact that I always have to double check my order constantly to make sure that it is properly prepared to my liking. In particular I’m talking about Marissa there have been multiple times that my order has been wrong due to her either not listening or caring..i’m not one to leave reviews or try to get someone in trouble but i’m tired of the same thing happening when i order my food..something needs to be done about this..

Went to try out this place the other day and was very underwhelmed. Got the 4 piece chicken tenders for my son and they were very tiny. Waffle fries were the best part of the whole meal. Got a 6 piece wings meal with Honey BBq sauce, and a 12 piece wings meal with Mango habanero and hot garlic. Some of the pieces were cooked nice and crunchy while others were still soft and rubbery. The mango habanero was a bit too sweet, and the spicy garlic had a pungent flavor. The Honey BBq was also bland. We also got the garlic parmesan tots, they were the biggest let down by far. All it was was powdered garlic seasoning, the parmesan seemed nonexistent. Will not be going back. The only reason it's not a one star is because they didn't serve us raw chicken and the staff fixed our order when they only gave us 3 pieces of chicken instead of four.

I went today and the only good things I can say is the ladies up front and the tater tots. I got half honey BBQ and Spicy BBQ. The first bite I took it was so crunchy then it turned in bearable , I found a BONE in my tenders. The Spicy BBQ tasted like hot buffalo sauce, pure vinegar, honey BBQ was good. The bone traumatized me though but I ate only the honey BBQ watching for more bones. Also the AC is super cold inside, don’t wear shorts. Again the two ladies up front were great and funny! Traveled from Fayetteville to be disappointed, never again.

Chicken was good but their portions is much smaller than it used to be. They used to have tenders by weight and each piece was large. Now they are tiny, which tends to dry up after frying.

We came to Raleigh for the Hurricanes game. The family decided they wanted wings for dinner. We decided to go here, worst idea ever. The young lady who helped us was very nice. I think her name was Marisa. The other girl working was very rude, condescending, and not very helpful. While waiting on our food, one of the cooks (male) was standing by the bathroom on his phone, arguing with someone, on speaker phone. It's not a big deal, really, but we waited for 40 minutes for our food. When we ordered, I asked if we needed to come back, we were sitting outside at one of the picnic tables or would they bring the good out. I was told.either way was fine. Our food was just bagged up. We were never told it was done; they never waved at us to let's us know. We got our food and needed forks to eat with. There were only 2 sets left. We asked if they had anymore. She said, nope. Not let me check, not a sorry, just a nope. Two of us ate with our hands; we got tenders not the wings. The order was wrong on 2 of the 3 orders. We paid for an extra ranch dressing and was not in the bag. I went in to ask for it. The rude girl at the counter said we were not charged for it. I pointed out that she was looking at a different customer receipt. I then showed her my receipt; it showed that we paid for it. She rolled her eyes, put her phone down, and had to get up from her stool, like it was a huge ordeal to get what we paid for. The food was good, but we will never be going back there again, just because of the horrible customer service!!!

Best wings in Raleigh! The wings are always fresh and hot with the right amount of seasoning, sauce, and crunch. They are also good size wings, the season fries is a nice addition.

One of the better restaurant chains for wings. My roommate and I decided we wanted wings, but have been disappointed by a few of the other wing joints around.Good size pieces of meat... my only complaint was the "sauced" wings were slathered and the flavor was overpowering on some. This isn't uncommon for wings, but I think if the wings had been packaged better this wouldn't have been an issue.

No shade on the staff or the product but this place is absolute highway robbery on par with Madoff, Monat, and food with 24k gold on it. What a mind boggling ripoff. Carolina Ale house, buffalo brothers, and Buffalo Wild Wings all have equally good and better priced products.I used to eat here frequently but when I showed up today I spent $2 per wing ($35 for 15) which is absolute insane. And no, it's not priced accordingly, worth it, or within the realm of being reasonable.I'll miss you wings over Raleigh but hard hard hard pass.

I love the food, but I am very disappointed in the recent change in business hours. We used to have wings over at least once a week at work for lunch, but now with not opening till 4, we have lost one of our favorite lunch spots

I cannot even begin to explain how many times a month I eat at this place. Between Door-dashing and pick up, I am well know by this staff. Upon placing a DoorDash order today, I called in to request extra sauce on my wings. DoorDash does not allow special instructions for this restaurant so this is standard process and I call every time I order to do so. The staff is always so nice to me and kindly notes my request down in a minute.When I called today, the gentleman on the phone refused to help me. He claimed he was the GM - Ray or Roy but he did not act like he cared about his customers. I offered to pay extra money for sauce on my wings but he did not wanna work with me. So disappointing considering the amount of money I spend here. I hope that he doesn’t treat his employees with the same shred of respect. Luckily I was able to get assistance from DoorDash on cancelling the order. I hope this “GM” learns how to be a better manager for the sake of his customers and staff.
