I hate to say it but my experience was incredibly poor, primarily because I completely lost money. I should preface that this was only my second time eating at Which Wich so I’m not completely familiar with them. Anyways, here’s what happened. I was running late to see a movie and I needed a quick bite, I ordered a regular grinder as it comes (it has Italian meats on it), after a somewhat lengthy wait I got it and it was completely wrong. It had no actual meat, but instead had this “bean mush” stuff in it as if I asked for vegetarian protein, except I didn’t. Due to extremely tight time constraints due to my unique situation, I simply did not have time to fix it, and I certainly couldn’t wait to get it fixed. I was in a hurry and I had an anxiety attack so I just left having completely wasted my money, money I will never get back! I acknowledge that my running late situation played a big part in this, but my point is that my order was as simple as possible, I trusted them to make a grinder with no special requests within my time limit and it was 0% correct. I lost money over this and the best thing I can do now is share my experience in hopes that the business will read this and learn from the mistake.
Absolutely the BEST SANDWICH!!! customized a corn beef sandwich in a wrap. John the Mgr. There went above and beyond to take my order, you don't get service like that nowadays. I was highly impressed by the service.
Unfortunately the quality is not good at all compared to other locations. Hot food comes cold. Missing toppings. The meat had hard cartilage in it.
This is decisively the worst sandwich place I've attended. I got a meat ball sub and a Buffalo chicken. The meatball was bland and flavorless and the extra sauce was cold. Nobody wore hairnets on very long hair. The people were nice but the food was disgusting. The order of fries was like a small handful. Everything was bland and mediocre at best. I would never go to this franchise again. I'll admit that it's still comparable to the worst Subway locations but all other sub shops blow this away. They market as "superior subs" and this is totally dishonest. There are gnats flying all over the inside of this location. It seemed like the employees didn't care about the job and just wanted to get through the shift. Terrible money that I'll never get back.
John and kenneth are awesome. I ordered a sandwich on uber eats from a different place, tried to look it up but got the number for here. John made me a sandwich and was super awesome. Love this place and plan on being a regular

Customer service is fantastic at this location. I had a mix up on my order previously and they went above and beyond to make it right. John is great! He remembered me and knew who I was when I came in! They are very quick with your order, I haven’t ever came in around lunchtime when they may be busier, but at least in the off times there’s no need to order ahead.
Great customer service John was the best tonight he looked out by over achieving due to the new menu change because I wanted the wicked sub. But I will always be a fan of this place thanks John for your help!?? I still got my wicked sub even though they don't have my spinach anymore.
seriously the best employees ever. i work nearby and every time i go in they are so kind, engaging, and go above and beyond for their customers. thanks for all you do!!!!
Staff was nice but the restaurant itself is offensively bad. Almost 45 dollars for two sandwiches, because they don't tell you during the ordering process that every different meat you add is like a 5 dollar charge. Had to settle for just Turkey, which was fine I guess, but a far cry from what I was wanting and expected. For a place that has a name like this, you'd think that freedom in a custom sub would be their forte? Nah, this place is basically all the rushed quality of a Penn Station with all the business practicality of a lemonade stand. My drink was okay though, maybe because I'm the one who poured it.
