I don't know why, but the employees at this Wholefoods are always rude - and this started a long time before Covid!! I have tried for years and have tried about once a month and finally just had enough. Their quite pricey groceries often don't ring up correctly and instead of instant help and empathy you get sent to the customer service desk where they have employees that make you wait a long time to have a price check done. The person they sent doesn't know where the product could be located and won't listen to me sharing the exact location I found it. Luckily the Raleigh area has plenty of excellent grocery stores to pick from.
Last night was shopping with my daughter in Whole foods, and everyone was so nice to us.We start shop at 9.45pm and finished 10.15pm,,,Everyone was so patient with us,bread person and meat department--Wow they so great ,they offer help and I feel like family, home!Love you Whole foods people!God Bless you!
The cashier at this particular restaurant are very rude! I did not get the name of the one who was helping but I had misread a price and he walked there with me and pointed to the price and told me I should read next time. Let me just tell you that lucky for him it was 8:00 PM and my 7 year old was with me. I will drive all the way to the wade location next time and won’t visit this location again.
Cappuccino was awful, heavily burnt milk and low quality espresso. Decided to give it a second try with their Vietnamese cold brew, equally awful had a sour flavor.
I mean it’s nice but you kinda have to look for people on the floor if you need help finding something I love the variety in the bakery department! Cash register people could chipper up a little. And the prices come on amazon you could bring them down a tiny bit ?
This WF is nice. Customer service is okay. Depending on who is behind the desk, they can act like you're a bother sometimes for simply asking a question. The cashiers are basically really nice and helpful, but sometimes they are aloof and disconnected. Note: that does not generate good customer service to anyone. The food bar is basically a repeat of the same food, with one or two new items. The pizza is good, but needs more sauce! The crew that stocks the veggies/fruit are usually very nice. However, I asked one woman what the date was on the large fresh juice and she gave me a dirty look before telling me the date. Sorry to annoy you. I'm not paying $19.99 for juice that expires in a few days (yes, it has happened several times). I'm hoping WF goes back to its former glory days. I can always order my things on Amazon ... Shout out to the people in the Deli and Pizza area - they are always friendly and fun!
Clean dining area most of the time is a huge draw for shoppers needing to dine on healthy food from the prepared food bar areas. Great selection of desserts...Perfect for gifting!
Strongly recommend this store, not your average food store. Many more varieties, organic, fresh and super clean. Staff are extremely helpful! We'll be shopping here! Check out my pics, you'll be too!!
Really surprised and disappointed that a “health food” place would be so far behind the times on serving healthy options. Much of the food has sugar in it. Why put sugar in BBQ?? And much of the options have vegetable oil (Canola oil), which is bad for you. Why not use a healthier oil like olive oil?
I didn’t really like the coffee at Allegro Coffee Company. It wasn’t very hot. But I always enjoy shopping at Whole Foods.
