The parking is sufficient, went on a Sunday after church and there was limited waiting time which was awesome. The staff was very attentive and fast. The food was as expected for a standard American cuisine meal..well made.I would recommend this restaurant.
Food was delicious as always but service was not as good as it has been in the past. We were seated at a table in the bar area and this may have had something to do with it but it took a really long time for waitress to notice that drinks were running low or out and bring refills or even to put cannister of water on table for us to refill water glasses ourselves.
Food is always great, they have a variety of gluten free options if that's what you're looking for and the staff is always so nice.
Second time going to Wakefield Tavern. It will be our last. We were sitted in a booth the adults behind us kept pushing back on the booth making us lean forward. This went on for 10 minutes. Staff didn't check on us, so we moved to a table. The waitress come over and told us that we can't just move to another table. That it was reserved. I told her why we moved and she did nothing to make the situation better. We walked out and will never go back. They may have good food but there is no signs stating you need a reservation.
We’ve been there several times and never had anything bad . Have different sets aOf friends all with very different taste and there is something for everyone and they were all happy. The menu is well implemented and not random. It’s edgy but has a flow. Highly recommend because even the pickiest of eaters should be able to find something.
The food was very good! Honestly everything we had was amazing! The Philly steak egg rolls, garlic parm wings, double decker cheese burger, shrimp Alfredo, salmon and risotto, white pie, everyone raved over their food! Waitress was nice. The inside is a little small but we sat in the covered outdoor area and it was great. Oh the peach bellini was yummy :-)
Live music with Heather Rogers the first Thursday of every month is a winner! Great food, friendly, attentive staff, and killer music. Big outdoor area, quite private, with cozy tables, fire pit. Great place to hangout!
Our first time here and it was delicious. I had the tavern burger. It was cooked PERFECTLY. It had a really nice char on the outside and was perfectly moist and juicy on the inside. Seasoned well but not overly seasoned where you can’t taste the meat. Speaking of the beef, we were told by our server that they use local, grass fed, pasture raised beef. You can definitely tell a difference. I follow a KETO diet so I got my burger without a bun but it also had delicious sliced avocado, cheese, I added a fried egg and it also had...wait for it...BACON JAM. It was burger perfection all the way around. I paired it with a side salad with ranch, which was also very good. Service was great too. I’m counting the days until I can go back.
