Treyshawn got my order wrong again when I say I want a cheese steak melt (bowl) don't suggest the Texas cheese steak sandwich. I pointed to the menu items and she still charged me for a sandwich. I know what I want when I walk into a waffle house. When I came back in to let her know it was incorrect she insisted for me to bring it back in just to put it in a bowl. Not to remake it or to apologize for the misunderstanding but to disassemble the sandwich and put it in a bowl. Smh. I'm tired of giving this location chance after chance.
I love Waffle House but not this one. Our server was extremely rude. We left without eating. Luckily the Waffle House on Walnut St. was MUCH better.
For some reason this waffle House is poorly ran silverware seems dirty, the staff is not very nice, to take extremely long to bring the food out.The food amount is smaller than in other waffle House this waffle House needs a total turnover does not come close to other waffle houses very bad experience at this one
Not sure why there are so many bad reviews unless I had just came in on an excellent day. Service was good and everyone was extremely personable. The cook, Erin was awesome ! I've ate at many Waffle houses in the past but this dude can cook. As long as that guys behind the grill, you're fixin' to eat some good food !
We had a great experience. Food was fast, delicious and order accurate. Staff friendly. Very reasonable price! A great place to go for breakfast when you need a day off from cooking or craving a waffle.
They were quick and friendly and they work well as a team. They didn't pick up the phone so I had to order there and wait. This was their only flaw.
It’s always a horrible experience at this waffle house in particular. Doesn’t matter what time you go, what day of the week it is or what employees are there.. so I went to this waffle House an ordered a bacon egg and cheese sandwich on Texas toast and a waffle. The white lady with the dark hair, septum piercing, and cuts on her wrist (said her name was Emily or emilette, probably lied. They don’t wear name tags) asked me if I wanted the hashbrowns that came with the sandwich. So I’m assuming that there’s no up charge for the hashbrowns since it “comes” with the sandwich. Once I got my order I didn’t have a waffle and I asked her where was my waffle. She told me that she didn’t charge me for a waffle. Why did she not charge me for a waffle if I ordered one. A bacon egg and cheese sandwich on Texas toast is $4.65 so apparently I paid $4 for a hash brown. My problem could’ve simply been fixed by them making me a waffle. After I went back out to the car I did the math on everything that I ordered and went back in to ask them to break down. She charged me for the meal but had implied that the hashbrowns came with the sandwich and disregarded my whole waffle order. When I asked the employees there what was the store number or customer service number they lied and said they don’t think they have one. Just don’t go to this Waffle House!Update: Just checked my bank account and the girl went back in and charged me $12.07. My receipt that I signed was for $9.07. So they are stealing money from customers thinking that people wouldn’t notice. Make sure y’all are checking y’all’s account. Cause she charged me for a $12.07 for a sandwich melt and a hash brown.
New chick in there has an attitude from hell. We need the old head crew back. Also, i wasn’t able to order a plain bowl of grits online and was told that it’s on there. When i asked to be shown, “i don’t order online”Then how df would you know? Smh.
This place is ghetto. MUNCHY she is very rude was yelling at me while I was trying to order. She doesn’t discriminate who she talks crazy too you can be black white etc she don’t care she is very rude.
DONT EAT HERE!! This is the MOST ghetto Waffle House I ever been to. The staff are all rude and have nasty attitudes. I had a rather large order and when the cashier repeated the order to the cook they made side comments and gave me dirty looks on the choice of food I made. Once I finally received my food it looked absolutely DISGUSTING. The eggs were so greasy. I asked for my bacon MEDIUM not raw please train your staff to learn the difference.Instead of having them re make my order I simply asked for a refund and several employees started making rude comments each taking turns to look at the food saying " that's how it's supposed to look " and " nothing's wrong with this food " in a very rude manner VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Once the manager got to the front he asked the same question " what's wrong with it ?" My money is BLUE and it spends anywhere I don't have to eat at this establishment because it seems all they hire is UNEDUCATED, UNPROFESSIONAL , IGNORANT hoodlums.I use to love eating here probably won't return to this location ever! They need to close this location down for good. Please don't waste your time just go to the Westinghouse location instead.
