Tried getting seated was standing up for about 10-15 minutes so I seated myself and they got mad and told me i had to stand up and wait for them to clean the tables after i already waited so i just left and went to dennys

horrible service. wasn’t even busy, never seated us. was there for 40 mins. when we went to go sit they got mad.

Last friday, i was very unhappy with the service i received at this location. It wasnt even busy, there were only two customer, including me, i sat first but the waitress served the other table first, chatted for a wild, took there order, served there drinks, passed us couple of time, and never looked at us, I was seating behind them. She finally ask me and my husband, what drinks we wanted, i was talking, and she left me talking, and run off to get the food for other table. After that she went to the kitchen again ,to the office, and we she was coming back to the dinner, i asked her , if i can get some service, she answers that there were many customer, that i had to wait, " i answered what customer, it only me and the other table."she still pretended she was sooo busy there wasn't time to service me. She was busy talking to the other to guys behind me. Finally i got up and left her talking.I hope the other table left her a good tip??????? never going back there.

Very good and hot food. Even after walking two blocks back to my hotel

Arrived at 8:00 am 12/22. Only 3 booths available to seat customers. All other booths taped off, bar stools taped off. How can a primarily breakfast restaurant only provide seating for 3 tables during busiest hours? Took our business to another Waffle House.

This was one of smaller Waffle Houses I have been in. Our waitress kept the coffee coming and it is hard to beat their food. It was amazing to watch the cook keep track of all the orders and he cooked ours exactly the way we [email protected]

The food is always slap here no matter the time, or sobriety levels. Love it. So wish they made the booths slightly bigger because I can't fit anymore due to pregnancy.

My wife and I walked there from the local hotel nearby for an early-morning meal (since all the other restaurants/fast-food establishments were closed) and was instructed by a female staff member to "come back in an hour because we're currently closed for cleaning purposes." So we did. Even gave them an extra twenty minutes as a courtesy. When we returned, a different female worker was standing outside smoking a cigarette. Once she saw us reach for the door, she caught an attitude and explained that "the floor is still wet and should take another ten to fifteen minutes to dry before y'all can go inside." At this point we're highly aggravated and cold, but chose to wait regardless. We waited exactly fifteen minutes. We attempted to go inside after that time elapsed but was stopped by a male employee who also had an attitude. "We're not open right now bro. Closed for cleaning." When I explained how we had waited for nearly two hours after being told to come back, he said, "I don't know about all of that. Even if the floor was dry, I still cannot serve you because we're still in here cleaning!"We left without another word, although there were MORE than a few I could've given. I'll be sure to contact the local manager/trainer (Keith), District manager (Manny), Region manager (Daniel), and their corporate office.

Absolutely disgusting. Bus boy who cleared off our table just pushed all the crumbs and food onto the seat, so we had to wipe off our seats. After breakfast, my mom went to use the restroom and there was no toilet and there were mice! Legit mice in the restroom that ran towards the kitchen. Such a health hazard and disgusting. Will never be returning.

I had the most popular entree with eggs, waffle, grits and sausage … it was very good
