I often feed my staff lunch or dinner when we have to work long shifts and today was one of those days. I ordered online. When I went to pickup my order the first thing the waitress did was fuss that I had a big order with no tip. ??‍♀️ so I put my cash back in my pocket. When I got back to work site we were missing a few orders. I return to Waffle House on Captial Blvd and explain what’s missing and the same waitress with the red braided hair says “if I would’ve tipped my order would’ve been right. So again, I put my money back in my pocket. The cook then came and apologized and fixed the mistakes. I spent $83.84. I was prepared to tip generously. However…….I don’t have to tip. It’s a courtesy. And anyone who serves the public should know that. I’m not tipping rude obnoxious behavior.

Went just a few minutes ago. Server was great, the cook terrible. First he took forever making our food & fed someone who got there wayyy after us while we still waited on our food. The eggs in my sandwich were raw & the cheese wasn’t melted, the bread was also cold. He made one of our plates wrong & when the server went to inform him he said “now what”. She informed us He was training. If he’s training why start treating people like that? He was a guy with long hair & he was tall. If he acted that way with very little people in there I can’t imagine how he’ll act during a rush. He should honestly be fired. We always go during night & the night staff is always amazing & gives great food. Never going again during the day.

So....it is a waffle house....but....the waffle was a waffle shaped pancake. It was alright, but not a waffle texture. The bacon was good and the service was fast. After I sat down at the open bar and then there was a conversation happening in front of me about the bar being closed.

A little Busy, but fast service good food and they never let my coffee get below a half of cup. I give them a 10 …

I received the best service I have had in a long time at this Waffle House. They were short staffed during breakfast on Valentines Day, and it was the fastest I have ever been served my food. Our waitress was a manager who’s name begins with a K and, despite the stressful atmosphere, she was beyond friendly and courteous. This isn’t the closest Waffle House to our house, but it is the one we will be regular patrons of from now on!

terrible service they took a long time to take my order and when it arrived it was incomplete I had to go in to ask for what was missing and the employees put more interest in other orders than in what I claimed and it took about 20 minutes more for them to complete my order and Besides, they were annoyed because I said they were taking too long and an employee, when I asked her to give me a packet of ketchup, ignored me and left. I had never had such a bad experience in any other McDonalds as in that one.

My wife made a online order and she made it 25 minutes before arriving. As we entered to pick up the order ,we made it known ,it was ordered online and here to pick up politely. A woman behind the counter said , “It ain’t ready”! And we politely asked how long. And she just keep repeating , “it ain’t ready “! We all know that Waffle House is busy and I’ve no problem waiting! The restaurant was not packed , 2 people were in there! For the woman behind the register to be extremely rude and incompetent in her services, we end up waiting almost a hr for a small order and couldn’t respond on a professional level with woman behind counter ! Would eat trash before I ever go to that location again!!!

The last resort. We had to wait 15min before approached for service. We were the only people in the place and by the time we received our food my hashbrowns were cold and so was my patty melt warm. Good enough for the moment

A newly renovated place. Very fast and friendly service. They make a fresh pot off coffee for us since was 4:50am
