It hurts me to leave a 2 star review but I was shocked that a store in such a nice area had a group of young adults working and using foul language. I've never seen a worker drinking a smoothie while taking an order. I couldn't understand what he was saying because he had a smoothie in his mouth.I asked for no sugar in my drink and I'm fairly certain it has sugar seeing that I order the same drink at other locations and know the taste. I love coming to tropical smoothies because of their great service, attention to detail on orders and quick turn around. This location was a disappointment as it seemed the young adults wanted to goof off and not take care of their customers. I'll drive the extra 5 miles to go to another location
I’m actually writing this as I’ve been standing here for over 5 minutes with no acknowledgement, and I’m currently the only customer in the store. 4 employees.They are too focused on their online orders and discussing their vacation to Florida….Once I was able to order the girl was just texting the whole time my transaction was being placed. Another girl that made my smoothie was kind and my smoothie is fine.
This place is never open on time. It says 7 am but then you will be waiting 10 mins and the lights are still off. When I do come this way I wait some days I just pull off. 7:10am and no one is here. Cars have left that have been waiting patiently.
They are completely unorganized. I waited about an hour and a half for 1 regular smoothie and one kids smoothie. The girl that was making the smoothie was rude and lied to just about every customer that came in. “I’m making yours next” as im standing right infront of her waiting for mine. She apparently was making every single customers next.
Favorite smoothie spot, favorite location! Friendly and amazing people work here!! Very clean environment, great smoothies and food. Love it!!
Definitely not impressed. No one wearing mask, gloves, or hair nets….witnessed a caucasian girl with brown hair teal shirt with a pink visor brushing her hair with her hands then proceeded to pour smoothies in cups without stepping away to wash her hands. I’m assuming she was the team lead short African American female speaking to whomever was a repeat customer. I’m very patient just if you are backed up in mobile orders and you notice that people are standing where the mobile should be picked up, communicate to find out where the order is especially if it’s pasted to promised time. When I approach the cashier register it’s, are you sure you sure you ordered at this location, magically my order appears. What’s the point of a convenient way to order if you are going to be inconvenienced upon arrival to pick up an order.Won’t return to this location, short fuse for unprofessionalism, disgusting habits. Do better tropical smoothie!
The detox green smoothie is delicious and so healthy! Ask for extra ginger and lime and you won't regret it! You will feel any inflammation leaving your body as you sip on this smoothie!
Just ordered from here for the first time and while What I received tasted good. More than half my order was wrong or missing. My smoothie had no peanut butter and I was missing a cookie and a banana. Even more so my wrap was on the empty side and cold.
I would love to speak to the owner of the business. Today I witnessed a bunch of teens run a business so unprofessional it was pathetic. My order was incorrect and I literally watched people doing absolutely nothing while one person worked their @$$ off to handle things then I witnessed one person of your staff literally walk in circles after he served another group that he knew personally AND I WAS THERE BEFORE THEM! He even wrote the name Punk on one of this parties cup!!!! Whats so deplorable is that the person he served acknowledged that I was overlooked and I could not take it anymore! At that point after seeing him twiddle his thumbs and not even acknowledge me I spoke up after he decided to yell at the staff and tell them to step up and that is when I told him he was not working! Check your video around 445 to 515pm and see who is dragging your place down. I spoke on it! Those kids need a leader and I didn't see it today. My food was incorrect and I was so disappointed I just left. I even had to ask for things that I should have received with my quesadilla and also my bowl had lettuce that I cannot eat and I asked for it to be removed. You did have two people that tried and one that is the slave and went SEVERAL times to ask for help in the back. I spoke up for this young man! I even saw someone in their phone. I will not return to this store ever. I will burn gas to get good service because THIS? IS ? NOT? IT!
Placed an order on December 31, and they closed early so When I picked up my order they had already closed, so wasn’t able to drink that day. Got back there on January 2 and they remade it for me no problem???? Great spot and of course amazing smoothie
