After getting 2 Bahama Mamas during our visit to Raleigh (which were delicious), I mistakenly left my wallet on the counter. I called the Neuse location, and the young lady knew who I was, and placed my wallet in a safe place until I returned 2 hours later! Customer service at its finest!!!
Delicious lunch and friendly and efficient staff. Thai chicken wrap was delicious, the wrap was toasted to perfection. Inside chicken, sauce, veggies, etc. we’re in the right proportions. I hadn’t been here since before Covid hit and I had forgotten how delicious the food and smoothie was.
My smoothie wasn’t blended enough so I basically had an icee where I had to chew after every sip. Also this is like the one drink you can’t put paper straws in, I appreciate the environmental effort but 5 minutes in and I need a new straw.
I order Uber eats from this location often and my order is never checked before it's picked up. What's so hard about checking the order? And good luck trying to get someone on the phone. UPDATE 2-11-22 I just ordered there once again last night and they left off my 2 bags of chips and my cookie. Smh
This is the third time my daughters could see our order was ready and it was not given to them. As soon as the maskless daughter walked out, the other was given our order. This is petty! If masks are required, state nicely and offer one.
As others said do not use this location if you are on a time cruch. They take forever to make anything, AND UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES DOORDASH FROM THIS LOCATION.Took over an hour just to make two smoothie and a sandwich ridiculous.I might as well planted some strawberry seeds harvested the crops milked a cow and came up with the solution for world hunger and they are still making my order. And to be honest from experience with this location... It is not even the workers fault. It is clear they are vastly understaffed. If your smoothies cost 8 dollars surely you are a corporation can afford to pay your workers enough so you can staff the place adequately. 0 stars was not an option
No sign anywhere that posted to wear mask. I came in 5 people working there and pretty rude they asked me to get a mask so I did came back in then the lady i believe manager that told me to geta mask took her mask down.. So whatever I went ahead ordered 2 veggie hummus wraps and a smoothie that was i can say normal but got home they made a completely different wrap for both of them and piled the sauce on like can I get a sandwich with that sauce. This is by far the worst tropical smoothie I have had, just wasn't a pleasant experience at all I will definitely choose the Greek shop next to them for sure. Or only go during the day when there is a different group working.
if you are in a hurry, do NOT go to this location. ordered just a smoothie and it took over 15 minutes. only reason i went was to get a gift card, and they didn’t even have those. complete waste of time!!!
Very good! I highly recommend the Jamaican Jerk Chicken wrap! Also the Chia Banana Boost + Peanut Butter! YUMMY! Nice employees too. 1 person short today but the 2 there were working hard to fill all the orders. I think I waited about 20 minutes to order & get my food. So not too bad considering only 2 employees there.
I Love this place the smoothies here are amazing and customer service always amazing when I go there as well. Definitely would recommend.
