The service is attentive and friendly. The chips are fresh as is the salsa. The food is seasoned well and the portions are large. They have a patio that we enjoy frequently. We’ve tried other places and nothing so far compares! The prices are reasonable as well.
Went for a late Sunday dinner with a party of 6. Service was a little slow but friendly, food was nice and plentiful and entrees all came out together after not too long. Great salsa with the chips, flavorful queso, good margaritas. I got the skirt steak asada bowl, which I thought could have used a little more rice, and I added some salsa, but it was enjoyable and satisfying for the price. My friend's vegetable fajitas were under seasoned, but to be fair it's common for chefs to go light on salt when cooking for someone perceived as health conscious. Others got burritos, and were impressed with the size. Overall a good time had by everyone.
Best mexican food in ever at. Not from this area wish I was I would eat here every week. Big plates. You will leave full. Waitress we very friendly.
My job used to get the fiesta party platter for lunch all of the time which was really good so I decided to give this place a try myself. I got the tacos de birria but I'm not eating beef right now so they replaced it with chicken for me. Our waiter was really nice, patient, and fast. It was a clean restaurant, not too loud, and the food was pretty good. My only critique is that the tacos were a little dry and the juice it came with was a little bland (this may have been because I got chicken instead of the traditionally used beef). Overall, I will absolutely be going back to try more stuff on their menu.
When they say super burrito, man do they mean it. Delicious food at a reasonable price. The portions were huge, the ingredients tasted fresh, and just one heck of a burrito.
I don't normally do Mexican but my cousin and his girlfriend was in town and that is what he wanted. The service was excellent, the food was good and the portions were huge. The atmosphere was great. Will definitely be doing more often.
Great food. Great service. Was awesome seeing a worker still there hadn't seen in yrs. Usually at Durham rest. Had a gd beef burrito macho. Loaded & yummy. Leftovers for lunch tomm!! Great meeting my daughter for lunch & she treated!!
Being from Arizona, I love Mexican food and it was hard to find it out here in NC. Torero’s is authentic and reminds me of home! Get their queso, it’s delicious! Will always recommend this place to people looking for good and authentic Mexican food!
They are super friendly. They are very clean Food portions for one plate can feed a family of 5! If you ever been to Mexico, one bite of their food will send you back.
