This place is no good unless it’s your last resort even then just go home and put frozen wings in an air-frier. Their customer service is well below average I ordered food and went across the street came back my car had been booted. Tried reasoning with the manager but gave me attitude and lied about id-ing all the cars parked in the lot.
The amount of litter coming from this place is annoying. Across the street barely any litter
I called to order delivery and I was told to hold for one second. I was on hold for 10 minutes before I hung up the phone and called back. When I called back they declined the call immediately. It seems that this establishment has the most worthless and lazy employees.
I am not sure how this place is still open. I came in hungry and ordered 6 chicken tenders and onion rings. I ended up throwing away four and a half of the tenders. The place and the customers are also super sketchy…I’d vote it most likely to have a drive-by out of all restaurants in Raleigh. To top it all off…it took 58 minutes to get fried chicken tenders. Also, the soda machine is out of most sodas.I mentioned this to a friend, and she let me know that she was sick for two days the last time she ate there. I can safely say that I will not be back.
I realize that I am ordering all of this on a Saturday night so I am not overly concerned with the delivery times but I am including them anyway. :-)I placed my order (12 Boneless Wings with French Fries and Drink Combo) at 9:53pm for delivery. They estimated delivery time between 11:10pm and 11:20pm. Order arrived at 11:55pm. Driver was friendly.Everything was warm (not the temperatures they should be). The chicken pieces were warm, not hot. The fries were warm and soggy. Even the soda wasn't cold, it was warm too. Speaking of the chicken, I ordered boneless wings but these were nothing more than chicken nuggets. Not crisp, they were all soft. The BBQ sauce was a bit spicy. The plain nuggets were covered with some type of orange spice. Not worth the $30 to have this order delivered.

God awful experience called at 10:20pm told to order online. Online states the order will be at hotel at 11:40pm. Call at 12:00am wait on hold for 15 minutes and told they just found my receipt and the order will be ready in 1 hour at 1:15am... worst experience at a pizza place. Now I am walking down the road to McDonald's so my daughter can get something to eat. Avoid this waste of time
I am from another state over 12 hours away, stopped at TLC Marcos Pizza Wings and Grill by chance to get a late night meal. I must say I am SHOCKED by the 5 start reviews. The "boy" behind the counter was rude, for no specific reason, the other people with me went to sit in the car because they didn't want to respond to his attitude. I was the only one in there but my order took FOREVER!!! Due to the fact that the order took so long I had the opportunity to look at the place (not the cleanest) Are there food/eatery inspectors in Raleigh? The wings were dry, forget the fries (horrible) We ordered onion rings which were the only thing one person liked. I could only eat one wing because the way the restaurant (if you can call it a restaurant) looked turned me off, but I was hungry after a long drive. I specifically held the receipt so that I could look up this place and write a review. (That should tell you something) There will always be people who like and dislike things, but if I could shut this place down I would. Pay attention to the one-star reviews.
