This is hands down our favorite restaurant in the triangle! It’s always amazing…consistently!
fiction kitchen is a blessing - for vegans and omnivores alike!!! definitely in the top 3 restaurants I've ever been to. phenomenally crafted cuisine with an extraordinary staff. the spinach artichoke dip is unbeatable. thank you thank you thank you!
Super cute decor, clean, kind staff and delicious food.
I was honestly so disappointed. The place is really cute, the wait staff was nice, the food looked so cool and they had so many options I've never seen at a vegan place before. But the actual food was not great, especially for the price. Just really basic spices and flavoring, it's not even the fact that it was vegan. My friends potatoes were under cooked, some stuff was under salted. It was weird, two of us ordered the sweet potato mash and they tasted completely different. We were so excited to go and try everything but it was very underwhelming. Pretty expensive too. There are way better vegan places around here for half the price.
Fabulous meal for foodies. My daughter and I ate a delicious meal at the bar. We missed nothing by going meatless! Reservations recommended if you want a table.Bartender was super busy but also attentive and was able to keep up lively conversation with all her guests. She was proactive asking about food allergies and made sure to keep me allergen safe.
Wonderful and enjoyable dinner experience. Funky, hip vibe. Make reservations to ensure you can get a table. The server was friendly and the atmosphere was lively. My wife and I got the cornbread to share, and that was great. I got the special paella with impossible sausage, which was solid, and a great local IPA. My wife got the meatloaf with sweet potato mash - also very good. The dessert was excellent - chocolate truffles with mousse. We had a lovely time to end a long day.
This was my first time coming here after hearing how good this place was and it exceeded expectations. I will definitely be coming back.
The establishment is bright and colorful as well as relaxed. Dividers in place to maximize safety and occupancy. Their cocktails are strong and flavorful. The highlight of our experience was the food and our waiter Kevin, who was awesome! Having a waiter who is passionate and knows the menu is key when eating at a new restaurant. The curry, which he recommended, was amazing. Spice level was perfect for what I ordered and the aroma was delightful. The "Chicken and Waffles" was also ordered at our table, it was delicious and a huge portion. Amazing experience here, more to come!
The best vegan food ever! Or actually one of the best restaurants that is good for everyone‘s palate.I’m not a vegan and I saw a review of the restaurant that someone said they have the best chicken waffles and I thought a bit exaggerated huh? No, they did not exaggerate at all. We had spicy and sour soup, chicken and waffles, vegan charcuterie, peanut noodles, and tres leches cake. (( my vegan chicken and waffles photo is blurred so I couldn’t post it)) Everything we ordered is impressive. The staffs also were very friendly and provided very good service. This restaurant is definitely a good place for foodies.
This place is a gem in Raleigh. The food is incredible, service was friendly and welcoming and the atmosphere was eclectic and cozy. Highly recommend!
