Product quality and customer service is Great. Need cooking/heating instructions printed on the products they sell so that the consumer may enjoy the product as it was meant to. Seems like a reasonable expectation. I shared this feedback with a employee who informed me that it is a very common complaint yet management chooses not to act. Disappointing.

Phenomenal! Visiting from out of state. Took a chance and googled local butchers, not expecting anything. When I arrived I was anticipating an overpriced deli… it was anything but. I spent two hours trying to decide what I was going to serve for dinner. I chose three different meats and let guests choose for themselves. Everyone raved about the quality of meat, however I’m not so sure it wasn’t the cook that made it taste so good :). Highly recommend!
We recently moved back to the Raleigh area after living in Chicago and DC area. We were thrilled to see a location of The Butcher's Market shop near our new home. We had amazing experiences in Cary many years ago. This location is just as amazing, if not better. Staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The quality of the products speaks for itself. You won't be disappointed in whatever you choose!
Ordered online. Beautiful sunny day- it was so packed when I arrived they were unableto take additional orders due to the volume. So happy I preordered. The entire staff was working together to get orders out quickly. Apologizing for anyone who had to wait. I picked up a tortellini salad to add. So… the wait? On time 12-12:30 pickup - was out well before 12:30. The staff? Knowledgable courteous sincere and just like true deli style even as they are totally slammed still cared to ask how I was doing and even how I injured myself (brace gave it away). This food was so worth the wait. I would go back based on the staff alone.Order was exactly as we ordered. Prices? The value of the year - sandwiches all included a side and we were out for under $60 for 5 people???? - You can’t do that with fast food and this was quality.Will be back and will highly recommend.The pasta salad was exceptional. Can’t wait to tryThe artichoke dip for Super Bowl!What a great experience.

Absolutely incredible meat and wonderful employees! We tried to figure out where to get some nice filet mignon for a small gathering and they did NOT disappoint. We asked for some custom cuts of their Prime and the meat was the best we've ever had! Their other items look just as appetizing, especially their smoked meats and impressive selection of bacon. Whatever meat you're looking for, they likely have it–even exotics like boar and alligator–or they can get it for you.Everyone was happy to assist us in any way they could with suggestions, answering questions, or even some lighthearted jokes! Though they said this was their busiest time, the "wait" wasn't more than just a few minutes. After treating the kid in me to some venison jerky, my wife & I accidentally walked out without paying for one of our items. We looked at the receipt and thought it was a bit less than expected, so we quickly circled the block to rectify that. We knew we'd be going back, but not QUITE so soon... oops!
What can I say? It's the perfect neighborhood butcher spot & the go-to place if you're hosting company. You can get burgers and brats, you can get marinated chicken & wine for a quick dinner, you can get a beautiful steak for a special occasion. Bacon, sides, pre-made meals, desserts, spices, staples. See what I mean? If you are hosting any sort of get together-- you MUST come here first. The employees, from the butchers to the kitchen to the cashiers, are the cherry on top. Kudos to TBM on bottling something special for this community :)

We have been here for the past two days because we love it that much!! Everything from the meats, veggies, to desserts are so awesome. Everyone working there is very nice and helpful. I love that they support local businesses and have an impressive selection of local bbq sauces and hot sauces. If I could shop here exclusively I absolutely would. Great concept and execution. 10/10 would recommend!!
