So would give a one star! Worst service ever ! I press the toasted chaulpa box for $5.00!!! As you can see right in the menu . And anytime you got to any Taco Bell there box is 5.00 . Not this one they charge you 5.99!!! I usually upgrade my drink and it’s .20 something. So I asked the guy working why is it 5.99 he said tax!! Wow no sir it wasn’t with tax my total for all was 6.59 including tax !! I work in retail and it’s crazy how customer service is! The gentlemen was like non caring and didn’t even care that the price showed 5.00 abs I even showed him!! Taco Bell take down the 5.00 box on your menu !! Cause it’s a lie . I will contact corp as well they shouldn’t promote if you can honor
I want to give this a 5 so bad! But without fail my order was missing something. I did check in the parking lot. And the website says they have dine-in, but it's never opened. Just the drive thru. Food? It was good.
Placed a mobile order that included my FREE Mexican pizza only to be told at drive thru they were closed due to short staff even though the hours show they close at midnight, this was at 8:30. He then says I have to call 1-800-tacobell to get a refund and I have lost my FREE Mexican pizza. Taco Bell is the only place still using the excuse "short staff", if you can't employ enough staff to at least fill mobile orders or have them change the hours or at least fix it when you try to do a mobile order then you don't need to be in business. Taco Bell used to be awesome but they are slowly going downhill, and that isn't just this location, it involves multiple locations.
How in the world are the ads on TV talking about the Mexican Pizza and, after traveling to 2 different Taco Bells they tell me they don't have it? One cashier said Thursday they will have them in. We shall see tomorrow but, until I get my Taco Pizza I'm bashing Taco Bell.
Maybe if you close your store doors and lock them during business hours it would be a nice gesture to your customers to put a sign up
Don't pay any attention to the posted hours, they close when ever they feel like it. Even 5+ hours earlier than posted hours. Waited in a line that didn't move at all for 15+ minutes just to have some rude employee come out and gesture to the cars that they were closing 2+ hours early yet again. Staff is generally rude with nasty dispositions and bad attitudes.
The lunch crew that served us weekly for two years departed a little over a month ago. They operated like a well oiled machine & were great! However, stopped in several times over the past month & the service has declined to the point that when we asked for someone to take our order rather than use the kiosk, the attendant refused to take our order at the counter & watched us walk out the door. Not that they were busy, just refused to do it.
The manager of this location went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I ordered on the app, but accidentally sent my order to another location. The manager still honored my order. Great customer service.
The woman running the drive thru is amazing. She did a great job. I was having a bad day and she was so lovely. You have a rockstar in your crew, who goes the extra mile!
I was welcomed at the window , she got my order right . It is nice receiving good service especially in times like these. Kiki was great !
