It was our 35th wedding anniversary and Sullivanâs is our favorite place to celebrate anniversaries. This milestone was one of many weâve spent there and as always we were not disappointed! So happy that the great restaurant has weathered the storm and maintained its stellar experience all these years.

Wonderful anniversary dinner tonight at Sullivans! The food and drinks were great and we loved our server, Kishore! Will definitely be back again soon.
By far the worst meal Iâve ever had in my life at any restaurant Iâve been going to Sullivans for over 20 years and tonight was a complete disaster Iâm in disbelief One person in my party sent her steak back because it was desk burnt she couldnât eat it (ordered medium rare) the next steak was so rare the side was still blood red she ask them to cook it more her steak came back out still raw So they tried again this time the new steak was rare so she said enough already and ate it She had the feature tonight that had shrimp and scallops with it they were ice cold My steak was burnt the first time and the second steak was terrible Their excuse was the chef walked out in the middle of the day , if that is the reason tonight was terrible they should have closed and went with the chef We also waited over an hour for the first at our meal I normally donât go this in depth about a bad experience but this was bad enough I donât know that I will ever go back to Sullivans again
The venue is small and over crowded. I was ready to go the second I was seated. High end restaurants are supposed to have ambiance. This one doesn’t. It felt like a nightclub. Too many tables, too many waiters, and too many people. The mocktail the bartender made me was amazing and the cheesesteak egg rolls were out of this world. I should have stopped there. My meal was okay, nothing to write home about. I got a spoonful of mashed potatoes, literally, with my steak. It was something I could have made at home myself. The steak was missing the bacon and blue cheese topping so I can’t speak to that. Our waiter was nice and did his best. I don’t fault him at all for our experience. But, the wait staff, in general, was running around confused, not knowing what table ordered what and bringing the wrong food. The food delivered to us was wrong and we had to wait another 40 minutes. I heard multiple complaints from tables around me too. Maybe I just caught them on a bad night. Maybe my expectations were too high. Everyone said I had to try and it was the best. Personally, I was not impressed. I could have went to Firebirds.
Everything, including the meal, was great - but - they have a "team of servers" approach to waiting on the tables, and they really lack communication between each other. Multiple people attempting to take your order, not knowing what you ordered, drinks took FOREVER (literally 20 min.) to get from the bar to our table.
