Out of the three employees working out of this store when I visited, only one really wanted to be there working and treated myself and wife good, the other two were super rude and made us feel that they were doing us a favor, worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever had in my life.
Ordered a venti blonde americano it was very weak. So I asked to buy an extra shot for it. They were going to charge me $3 to add a shot. It's been a while since I was I a Starbucks, but that seems crazy. I think they were charging me for a separate drink. I was clearly unhappy and told them to cancel my shot. I didn't need a sub-par $7 americano. I worked at Starbucks for several years and never would have let a customer leave who was clearly unhappy about their drink. The manager of this branch needs to discuss customer service with it's partners. Unless Starbucks no longer cares about customer satisfaction.
I love this Starbucks and staff! They’re great and my coffee is right every time.
They didn’t get my order right, And then I believe it was the manager , a old white bald man who called out my order and threw it on the counter , staff were very rude. Wouldn’t come back at all.
Had the worst experience with a girl name Faith. She was rude, condescending, disrespectful and didn’t even give me a chance to speak without speaking over me. I always have a good experience here with Xavier, and Marci when they are working and always have treated me kindly and come back to this location just for them and that’s why I gave them four stars. But management needs to fire Faith because I’ve NEVER had a customer experience like that until her. I love Starbucks and this location but she’s ruining that store every time I come and see her working and needs out of there. If I experience anything like that again with her I’m going straight to corporate number to complain and not Google reviews.
This is the second time I’ve dealt with the rudeness of this store. I placed a curbside order through the Starbucks app and my order was suppose to be ready at 6:57. When I pulled up they acknowledged me through eye contact and I was parked in the curbside space and click “I’m here” in the app. 5 mins go by. Another eye contact is made. 7 mins go by. Another eye contact is made. After about 12 mins I could tell they had no intentions on bringing me my order. I contacted customer support and received a credit. But I decided to call the store to see what the issues was. The barista told me “oh yeah we don’t bring out orders when it starts to get dark but your order has me ready for half a hour”.How was I suppose to know this? I’ve received orders past this time before.If they would’ve just leaned out the door and let me know they don’t do curbside after a certain time (app still allowed this) I would’ve gladly came in. It was 3 of them … somebody could’ve said something.
Horrible and rude. The person heating up the food does not wear gloves . I waited for about 15 mins for egg bites , which they lied and stated they had called my name and they were waiting at the other end (cold af now) . I told them I didn’t hear them and I wanted my money back and the older lady at the register said “honey . They called your name “ instead of offering reheating .i get it if you’re busy but finding solutions is better than trying to point the finger . You work in a place with crowds of people constantly coming in and out but you should be mindful about making sure people hear their name . I’ve been in customer service for 10 years and this is unacceptable.
I love this Starbucks ! The cashiers are very friendly and they always make delicious drinks , I had the experience of having being taken care of by the cashier named Jazlyn the other day and she was amazing . Staff are well trained and friendly! I will be returning for a Caramel Frap very soon thank you Starbucks !
This store has gone downhill. Every time I've come by in the past 6 months the cleanliness in the store is seriously lacking. Debris all over floor, tables, and seats. Work area looks very disorganized and messy, junk all over the top of the glass display case. Employees taking cash, then putting gloves on to prepare food without washing hands first. Store needs help.
Can here on Christmas places a order at 1:26, everyone was cleaning and had a bad attitude, didn’t get the drink until 2 o’clock, made absolutely no sense. Won’t be back to this store
