Friendly and polite staff, been here several times and never had any issues.
When I order my brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso I feel like it is just a regular ice coffee….because I will go somewhere else and taste completely different…nice staff tho
Dont come here end of story cant follow directions and will ruin ur day and coffee, makes you not want the franchise starbucks at all ever again tried to give them a second chance and they just gave me steamed milk not worth the money or the gas go to the wake forest location by costco always amazing
I went through the drive thru at the Starbucks on Capital. I ordered a Grande nonfat mocha. She gave me a Venti.. With surprise I asked, is this my coffee? I ordered a Grande and she said, "We are out of Grande cups." I said, "Oh, I understand." I paid and left. I drank my coffee, it was good as always. However, I went to throw it away, when I saw it was doubled with another cup. It was a TALL! I paid for a Grande! I just got ripped off at a good yet expensive coffee shop. This is the first time this has happened to me at a Starbucks. I have always known them to take pride in company. Oh well... Guess it happens to everyone. Warning= BE CAREFUL. Look at your drink carefully. I will from now on.
It’s a Starbucks. Nothing really that great by any other way. It’s always very busy when heading to work. I need to drink more Pedilyte and save myself from the $6 fee to normalcy.
After purchasing our coffee and sitting down to enjoy the afternoon, the manager decided to boot everyone out and close the doors. Unprofessional.
Very friendly staff. I’m honestly very impressed about the drive thru line as well! I know making the drinks takes time, but when the line is wrapped around the building it takes a realistic amount of time to get to the speaker then get your order. Starbucks drinks are made to order, and I think this shop is very efficient at making them as quickly as possible. The other day my items were practically flying out the window y’all were working in top gear. Thank you for your hard work and the great drinks!

Very, very busy. Much faster to park the car and go inside than wait in the drive through line that wraps around the building.
