Whoa, drive thru was working and inside register wasn’t. So they asked me to drive thru to order while the guy was sitting there taking normal orders… if this wasn’t a conglomo type of place… the manager/owner would probably scream about the 6 clients they just asked to leave. I love the employees at this location but becoming too often of a pattern that the coffee just won’t have any flavor. Frustrating to pay for Starbucks, get home and it tastes like nothing. Inconsistent coffee. Shouldn’t be too difficult for a flavored iced coffee.

The inconsistency at this location is BEYOND BELIEF!! From the manager to the employees, you never know if you will be able to get your requested drink or not. The other Falls location, Six Forks, & Midtown East are FAR better & worth the extra drive.
Strawberry Frappuccino was really good...the wait was too long..but we understand in this day and time.
We placed a mobile order in between jobs and were really happy with the coffee drinks and speed. The staff was friendly and the drinks were delicious. We've just started using mobile ordering recently, when out on jobs, to make things more expedient and really like how it works.
I love the dragon drink and the java chip, and for winter the caramel apple spice is perfect.
