Hands down the dirtiest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I was ready to forgive the outdoor seating area being gross. It’s in a mall. And I’ve met some of the children y’all raise. They can destroy any clean surfaces in ten seconds flat. But then I went to the restroom And I regretted drinking the coffee I ordered. It was so gross. Balls of hair and feces on the baby changing table …. Dirt caked on the floor built up in the corners. The handles on the sink facet were sticky and gummy with filth. And this was a while ago. First thing in the morning basically. Super gross. It still smelled pleasant though. So that air freshener is working over time. Invest in that spray. Bc it looked like joes apartment in there.
My first time in a king time eating at Starbucks. When I'm my way to clock in for work I dropped in for breakfast. The cashier is ringing ppl out line is fast , but once I get up there it's a completely different attitude. I asked for something without bacon saints cashier responded ina very negative tone and continued to snap and lecture me on food items and drinks. I hadn't been in the line only 3 minutes.
A girl with CJ on her name tag works at this location. I’ve been to at least 9 other locations in the triangle to get Starbucks. I’m an every day Starbucks drinker. I always order the same thing from every location and this girl decided to start arguing with me that she isn’t allowed to make my drink the way I asked her to make it and that she was going to have to charge me for 2 drinks. I’ve had this problem once before and had to call corporate over it and they ended up making it right and now I never have any issues at the location I once had an issue at. Looks like I’ll be calling corporate at this location too now!
This the worst place for buy a coffee!I was busy today also I saw lot employees working too…I was order skinny vanilla latte wit almond milk small size! And I saw the made first the drinks to the people the order after me. I told one the employees and, she’s told me we have lot orders we tray do fast we can. But I told her way do you made the order the people it was behind me? She’s I’m sorry we tray best we can! I was sitting I’m keep seeing how people still order coffee and the have they drinks before me ! I was very upset I ask for my money back and they told me one employee I will do that now for you! I told her I do t want nothing any more have me my money back!This isn’t business it’s a mass it’s no control on nothing. I will open my coffee shop business soon this Starbucks teach me something. I will be much better customer service!!!
Great stop for a drink in the mall and they participate in the stars reward system.
Starbucks is Starbucks..long line. They featured some artwork from AMI Kids of North Carolina. I was truly impressed. Starbucks has good coffee and is compassionate...you got to love it!

Bad service and staff very rude not friendly at all , specially the store managers! Ordered 1 strawberry frappe and 3 caramel crunch frappes. Girl who was making drinks fixed one first and 30 minutes later decided to make the other 3 !!? drink was left on counter and didn’t even say name or nothing. Everting was melted and nasty ? got my refund back. Don’t even bother going here not worth at all!
Most people mobile order to avoid lines. I got to the store earlier than expected (pick up said 11:47) so I didn’t mind the wait. I received my breakfast sandwich, but my drink was never called. 12:00pm rolls around, and I still don’t have my drink. I ask the barista if he knows how long it would be and he said he didn’t have any more mobile orders. He then picks up and empty cup on the counter that has my ticket on it. And says “We’ll we’re out of oat milk…” Okay so instead of calling my name and asking me for a substitution when I watched you put down the cup initially, you decided to let me wait? I had to open my store at 12:00, which I was late for, so I didn’t have any more time to wait for my drink to be made. I totally understand that holidays are busy, or that you’re understaffed, but the least that could’ve been done was calling my name to ask for a milk substitution. Definitely better than abandoning the drink all together.
Alexandra gave me such great service! She Helped me order my pumpkin spice cold brew ?. The barista is alway so polite and makes my coffee on point !
