The staff is so nice! Mateo was so helpful even though they were short-staffed!
I swore I would never come to this Starbucks again. I did and so shame on me for that lack of judgement. I walked in for my mobile order said my name the guy looked through the cups and said not ready. Ok cool. I saw a venti cup getting set on counter and I asked if that was for Sarah. “No yours isn’t here yet”. After 15 minutes I asked if my drink was ready. He handed me the cup that I had asked about several minutes earlier. Jerk.
This Starbucks location had their credit card machine go down and when I didn’t have cash and had already ordered they provided my order at no charge. Totally the right thing to do and they did the same for others behind me in line. Kudos for being so gracious and friendly!
Just wanted to leave a review to say thank you! The baristas here were so nice and helpful. I made a total boneheaded mistake and order my mobile order to the wrong Starbucks. The very kind staff helped me resolve the issue even though the store was packed, and the mistake was totally my fault. This is a great location!
