I love their coffee it's exquisite! they make it just right? and the customer service is friendly I give it 5 stars and I encourage you to stop by and treat yourself to good coffee!
This Starbucks is amazing the staff is so friendly and nice they ALL have GREAT customer service and make sure that the clients are taking care of and happy!!!! PAGE especially was absolutely hands down awesome I came in after I just left another Starbucks (Sixforks and Wake Forest Rd) where the drink that they made me was not made correctly or at least it didn’t taste like it was. I was telling Page what had happened I was just going to order another drink and purchase it along with a cool color changing Starbucks cup and Page only charged me for the cup she didn’t even charge me for my drink as I did not ask for a free replacement cause they weren’t the store that messed it up she just took it upon herself to give me a free replacement drink!! That is GREAT, AWESOME, SUPERIOR customer service!!!! I wish I could give them 10 stars!!!!
Love this starbucks! I sit here almost every morning. Great staff, Patty and David are always so welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend.
Such a kind crew! They are so busy but David took time to recognize each customer! It’s so nice to see that and I’m glad to make this my stop on the way home! As always chai tea latte and egg bites are on point!!

Came through the drive thru and made the order for Carmel Apple Cider and a tomato and Mozzarella sandwich. The worker taking my order was great and made me laugh. Which is something I needed at the time. She was refreshingly human and joked and had conversation with me. The other workers laughed about our conversation at the window. To me it was a great moment. Thr order was correct and the items were delicious. I look forward to going back.

Had a very unprofessional and rude customer service experience with a employee name Lee. I’ve never had such an unpleasant experience at Starbucks before. I witnessed this employee remake the customer drink in front of me over immediately after she stated it was wrong. Then when my drink order was wrong she purposely started making other drinks I had to ask when will my drink be remade. Her response was very rude with “I’m about to remake it” while I’m speaking she’s talking over me repeating this. When she finally handed me the drink she had an attitude. Mind you the drink order was made wrong because another employee didn’t take the order correctly and forgot to place what I ordered on the ticket. I called the establishment early the next morning to speak with the manager Deborah to explain the situation. She basically made excuses for the employee behavior and laid blame on that they were busy and have a sequence to making drinks. She didn’t address anything related to the rude customer service I received. She tried to offer a free drink to smooth things over I decline and told her I won’t be revisiting this establishment again. I strongly wouldn’t recommend this Starbucks if you want a pleasant experience.
Had someone try to cut us off because of the way that the drive-through is set up. Almost had a few accidents thereafter as well. I think that signs need to be put up to the deter persons from entering from the other side. My drink was good and the wait it was not too long in the drive-thru.
