Always have a positive experience at this location. The cashier was especially nice this morning - wearing a “kp” on his apron.
Always a great experience. I spilled my drink, and the team replaced it free of charge. I really appreciated that, especially since it was my fault, not theirs. Great people!
Clean store and nice workers. I went inside to order during what seems like a rush period for mobile orders, but I waited 15 minutes and my drink still hadn’t been made. The workers were nice when I asked them to make it, but my drink was made incorrectly.
Very bad service and very slow, busy area and just 2 person working in Starbucks Cameron village, plus the black coffee it’s very bad, because, the employees non professional
Just ordered medium blonde roast, said it was going to take 5/6 min. (Why does it even take that long, it’s a freaking coffee shop, should always be made.) Then the man helping went on his 10min break without starting the coffee. 5/6 min go by, asked where my drink was, said it would be another 5/6 minutes. Ridiculous. Asked for my money back. Just go to the one on Peace street.

This Starbucks location always makes my drink perfect. The employees are all very helpful and kind. I even heard the employees encouraging each other which was nice to see.
Current review as of 1/2/22 ok so here is what's up a update of sorts current staff got triggered by last review ? so yes the current staff experience will vary indeed they need to chill out I'm sure we just want coffee anyway ?? it's not that serious ? is current staff gonna make a career out of Starbucks? gosh I hope not I'm not outta food service ? I guess some people are not as og as me ❄️ anyone?? some staff current are ? it is what it is hatters gonna player hate????? patio is ok just kinda tresherous it's not well designed for a Starbucks patriot it's a meat locker inside all year inside seating ok inside look ok parking limited do I recommend it now???? ahhh yeah it ok as far as Starbucks go it's like Wally mart not all them are good or bad results may vary. well enjoy the coffee every one ????
Beautiful location and friendly staff but the parking kills it. Over crowded, tiny spaces, and impatient drivers… it isn’t worth the trip to fight my way in. I’ve seen too many cars get scrapped, including my own.
