Overall good experience. I wouldnt come here when its busy tho. Goodluck with parking or even being able to get out as the location sucks being right next to a stoplight downtown . Drinks and staff were great tho.
I love Starbucks! With that said, my last experience was disappointing. I used the curbside service and that took close to 20-minutes. Won't be doing that again.

Not mad they had my name wrong on the receipt, they served me less coffee and more ice on a trenta drink when their cold brew keg ran out.

I often go to this Starbucks because it’s very close to my house but I wish so badly I didn’t because it seems like there’s just always some issue. Honestly hate it here but there’s not a Caribou and most of the other coffee shops in the area don’t have mobile ordering which is honestly the only reason I bother with Starbucks.
This Starbucks was wonderful! I’m so happy I was able to obtain a seasonal cup when I’m too busy to leave home. I called (in the evening no less!) about whether they were still participating in a promotion and whether they could fulfill it if I ordered through Uber Eats, and they replied yes to both and followed through!
Shout out to Agnes for keeping cool during such a chaotic morning at Starbucks! They were SLAMMED today and she was so helpful and organized - I definitely couldn't do it!
