Over charged for extra matcha (charged for extra heavy cream?). Hot drink was rang in as iced.I don't know if it's incompetence or just blatant over charging but I'd suggest getting a receipt when ordering here.
I wanted a tall dark roast coffee. We'll, they only sell one size, grande, and didn't have dark roast brewed, so had to do a pour-over. When she handed it to me, I went to little cabinet where the cream and sugar used to be, but it was bare - apparently you have to ask for that when you order nowadays (she did not prompt me). I was able to reach across the takeout order table and grab a couple packets of sugar. So, the coffee was good, but not the experience.
Do not go here. If you are in the area and want Starbucks, go to a different store. The store is usually dirty. The drinks are usually wrong. This is the slowest starbucks I have ever been to. The staff chooses which order to make drinks in rather than first come first serve. If it is warm outside, there are always flies flying around in the food cooler.
Placed a mobile order at 4:00, which was estimated to be ready in 6 minutes…I got here at 4:10, no drink ready, inside packed with people waiting for coffee. Waited another 22 minutes in the store and finally got my drink at 4:32. Multiple people got drinks ahead of me, some had to have their drinks made again because they were wrong. Don’t come here unless you have forever to wait.
Normally I don't post negative things but this wasn't the first time I mobile ordered a nitro cold brew and got an iced coffee instead. Pure laziness or trying to rip me off idk
Waited 20 mins for 2 cups of tea which made us late for an appointment, perhaps everyone is new, it sure seemed that way but I'm wondering why there was not at least ONE trained person to help supervise. We almost left without the tea cause it wasn't worth the wait.
We love Starbucks! I could go here every day even though I know that my stomach is going to kill me afterwards but I just love me a caramel frappe! Lort take the car as I drive myself to Starbucks!
Pretty standard Starbucks experience here. The pickup counter is right by the door, which is convenient and nicely placed if you order on the app!
Very friendly staff. Frequent this location. They've never made my drink wrong and a few remember what i get because I'm there quite frequently
I LOVE THIS LOCATION ? BUT THE ONLY PROBLEM I SEEM TO KEEP RUNNING INTO IS THAT WHEN I ASK FOR DECAF THEY KEEP GIVING ME REGULAR COFFEE. THIS HAS HAPPENED TO ME OVER 4 TIMES. I GO BACK I TRY SPEAKING AND LETTING THEM KNOW BUT THEY JUST DONT GET IT. BUT OTHER THAN THAT THEY ARE SOME SWEET YOUNG PEOPLE. BUT JUST NEED TO PAY ATTENTION TO THE DETAILING OF THE ORDERS THEY HAVE TO MAKE.
