I have frequented several different Starbucks in the Raleigh/Wake Forest area. I have found this one to be the most consistent when it comes to the quality of drinks. Pretty much every Starbucks you go to the employees are very nice, however they don't always do the best job on consistently making drinks taste the same. This location is my go to when I am working in the Wake Forest area. I have literally driven past other Starbucks to go to this one. Not all chains are always the same at different locations. Whoever is managing this one is doing a great job at training their employees. Right now my favorite drink is the iced shaken espresso with brown sugar syrup. I like a strong coffee flavor and drinks that the sweetness is overpowering. Shaken espresso is ?

I was the only person in the store and even asked about the ingredients in a drink and then placed a mobile order for the same drink I just inquired about. I was thinking it would be done in about 2 mins since I heard the employees making my drink. Another customer comes in and orders and their drink is out right away. Meanwhile, I sat for 15 mins and NO ONE said my drink was ready or even asked. The employees were too busy chatting and even went into the back while my drink - which was now like warm- just sat there.
Probably the worst run Starbucks to visit in the morning. Do not come into the store. Do not place a mobile order. Your mobile order can be sitting there for 15 minutes and they won’t call your name or anything. Terrible Starbucks just like the one in Rogers. What the heck is wrong with people here in wake forest?
