I love Sonic, but this one is not up to standard. Except for one person I can remember, most of the staff was extremely confused when I made requests to exclude items from my burger or grill onions. The worst was when I ordered a cake batter shake and there were about five tiny pieces of cake. They’re only getting a second star because they’re a franchise so there’s only so much they can screw up.
We pull up to a stall, and wait 10 minutes, then move to another stall because we thought maybe the speaker was broken. It was not because as soon as we moved over they answered the speaker.We stay put in the stall we moved over into. After 5 more minutes we order and wait another 20 minutes we push the button and say we have been waiting a long time. And they say we they will be right out. And 2 minutes later come out with our order!I understand fast food and the short staffed, during our wait time two employees were walking around outside. It was unprofessional. I probably will not go back anytime soon.
Little bit of a wait, but it was good.I think it takes a while because they are actually cooking what we ordered. They don't have precooked things in drawers and adding things on an assembly line waiting for your order.I don't know anything about what goes on inside the Sonic.
The service and speed were out of this world!! This is a great improvement from my previous experiences here. If I hadn’t spent the rest of the day in a greasy-belly comma, then I’d be back so soon and very often. I would love to come to sonic and get something that doesn’t have grease. I love the opportunity to read the menu and to dine in my car under the shade. Thanks, Sonic! ❤️
Waited literally 10 minutes in the drive through, no response. (That’s being generous with the time)I drive off to go in the pull in places to order, THE LADY ANSWER THE PERSON BEHIND ME IMMEDIATELY.(I was being respectful and understanding just asking how long it would take to answer, nobody responded and I know they can hear me ask this)Finally get my order taken by another woman, and they give me the WRONG SIZE TO MY FOOD. Drinks were okay but honestly you give me a small instead of your advertised AND paid for medium? The only solace was the guy that gave me my food was nice, I wish I could share his name because that guy deserves a raise or a better job.
Very slow and impersonal staff. Stucco waiting in drive thru for about 10 minutes before going to one of the outdoor kiosks. Took a good couple of minutes after I pressed the button for an answer. Took what seemed like forever to have my order brought out to me. Even after the screen said it was on the way to me from the kitchen it was about 10 minutes before I received my order. Laughable amount of food for the price. Slushie had no taste
I attempted to DoorDash this place.I ordered at 9:35pm. I went through 4 dashers waiting for it to be picked up. The last dasher arrived around 10:15pm. It’s not 11:06, and this poor woman is still waiting for my food. I told her she could go ahead and leave, but thankfully she is kind enough to wait. This is absolutely ridiculous. Especially given that it said my food would arrive between 30-40 minutes after I placed my order. Fingers crossed I will actually get my food tonight, but lowkey won’t be ordering here again.
The seafood here is great! The service was fast and friendly!
I went at 11pm. Their speed was around 10-15 minutes per car. Over an hour for just a few cars, disgusting. Owner/management: think win-win. This is not the way to make a profit. If you incentivize an employee enough they'll come to work, stay, be happy and serve more customers per hour. Maybe I'm oversimplifying things but you have work to do.
It took 22 minutes too long to receive my meal (burger, tots & soda), plus didn't get the burger that I ordered and the tater tots were barely warm. Yes, there was a sign that said orders were taking longer than usual, but taking 22 minutes is way to long for just a normal cheese burger, small tater tots and soda (root beer). I get maybe they were short staffed, low on product and/or maybe even had some issues with equipment!?! But again, being the only person at Sonic when I arrived and placed my order, taking 22 minutes to get my food with lack of communication, not getting what I ordered, part of the order was not hot/warm and unfriendly service is where I have to leave such a bad review. It was so bad that I won't be going back to this Sonic because it WAS such a bad experience the past 3 times. (This Sonic used to be a 5 star drive-in.)
