was ignored for a solid 6-8 minutes just trying to pick up an order that was called in ahead of time.Yet another business that makes you feel like you are being punished for trying to spend money there.Go to teddy's instead it's 100 feet away and you get treated like an actual human being.

Went there to get dinner for myself got me a bacon cheeseburger and a Coney hot dog. The food tastes like it was just old and a mayonnaise taste like it was spoiled or something so I just stopped eating it and good Lord did I get food poisoning. They take their sweet time getting your food ready. They are not professional with customer service at all I'm seeing a lot of one and two stars if this place has such an issue why is it anything being done to change it. After eating there told someone friends and neighbors about what happened they all literally told me don't ever go to that particular Sonic you will get sick I wish I would have known that

After placing an online order on the SONIC app, which is suppose to have quicker turnaround times, I waited at this location for 30 minutes for my two drinks and small snack, just to not be given straws or forks to actually eat/drink what I ordered. I pressed the red “press to order” button to order STRAWS and FORKS and it took 20 minutes to actually get our stuff to eat our now COLD food. This is an absolutely miserable & terrible Sonic experience. I will not recommend this location to anyone.

This is the slowest drive thru. My wife already had our kid, he grew up, went to college and had a grandkid of his own that got a job at this very sonic. Can’t wait to meet him when I finally get to the window

Let me tell you, I visit here 3 days ago. Order food for six kids they couldnt eat. I walk up to to the door to tell them I was missing food and the workers smoking thru the vapes while making food

Been to this location twice in the last couple of weeks. The first time, we were pretty specific about ensuring the cheeseburger was plain. Yet when our food came out it was in fact not plain. The drink was also not what we ordered. The second time we went, they were only open for drive thru which sucked but I understand. However, trying to go through the drive thru, it took ages for them to even take our order and once we got up to the window we had to ask multiple times for things they forgot. Overall just disappointed in the quality/service of this particular Sonic.

I placed an online order, and was not disappointed with my meal. It was hot, fresh, and well prepared. I asked for extra marina and other sauces and the young woman didn't hesitate to provide them. Great job.

No point in having 20 ordering stations. I was the only customer waiting more than 10 mins for the attendent to take my order. Every 5 mins the keeo saying we will be with yiu shortly.

Ordered 4 shakes. Staff was friendly. The speed to get these was slow. About 10 minutes. We parked and did not use drive thru. The shakes were good.

Last few times the food has been lousy and cold, this past visit they forgot food in my order, yea I guess always remember to check ur bag, even though I asked her if everything was in the bag! Lesson learned
