Cute coffee cafe, with plenty of parking, and indoor and outdoor seating. The menu includes a wide variety of drinks and food, about half of which can be made gluten-free. They use Udi’s gf bread. Staff was knowledgeable of menu options and gluten-free modifications. I am not confident in cross contamination practices. However, I did not get sick and would visit again.A little disappointed that wifi is not available on the weekends. Wouldn’t mind if it had a 30-60 minute timer on it. Just something to be aware of when planning your visit.

My wife and I came from out of state. It was a great coffee shop with very fast service. We came from out of state and was greeted with such kindness. We quickly found out how nice the gentlemen behind the counter was when my wife accidentally dropped her plate of food. I was going to get another blt and salad but surprisingly he gave her a new sandwich. We never experienced this level of kindness in our state. He saw it from the counter and cleaned it up. We were immensely grateful and will come back when we visit again!! Thank you so much
We went on a hike and one of our friends raved about Sola saying it was one of her favorite places. They were very busy on a Saturday at lunch and the menu was appealing with healthy choices. Sola also had a nice variety of iced teas. I chose the Sola Turkey but was very disappointed. The bread was stale, it had very little flavor with only two tiny pieces of apple on it. I only ate half and took the other half home. My friends had salads which they were happy with so maybe I just ordered the wrong thing.
Service is always outstanding, food and coffee is perfect, and most importantly the atmosphere just makes me happy. Seriously-this place is always popping but even when there’s a line out the door and across the parking lot I swear they’ll have you in and out like Chick-Fil-A without ever breaking a sweat. Anywhere that serves Counter Culture coffee is sure to be a win but there is just something different about Sola. They have created something so special in North Raleigh and they have my patronage for life.
Why not believe in Raleigh - and good coffee? Sola has been a mainstay in my life since moving to the area in 2014. Cool atmosphere and great outdoor space make this the perfect place to get away and have a cup of your favorite beverage. The food menu has options for everyone.I’ve never been here and not run into someone I know- it’s like a meet up every time.So fun.

Definitely a hipster coffee shop with lots of outdoor seating. We just ordered coffee - my latte was pretty average (very strong), and my husband ordered a large iced coffee which was very small - like 6 oz. The atmosphere was fun, and the food looked delicious, but I wasn't impressed with the coffee.
