I've been coming to this Snoopys location since 1996 and from what I use to remember was always a good experience. I moved away a few years ago, but have recently moved back to area for work. Over the last 2 months I have gone maybe a total of 5 times and each time the lady at the order window has been rude and quite unpleasant to deal with. Often cuts you off while ordering. This last visit I informed her my credit card chip didn't work and she would have to swipe it. She then proceeded to catch an attitude with me. Food is still on par with what I remember, however customer service has definitely gone down the toilet. If this location was wise they would have someone more pleasant to deal with at the order window

One of Raleighs best hotdogs places. Fries are always hot and the dogs are great.

Beef option is pricey. May be bcuz of the times. It's decent but I'm jaded, jersey boy raised on sabrett and best.

Snoopys is a Raleigh institution however it has changed in the last 10 years. I love a good hot dog but Snoopys no longer has one. I order beef hot dogs with chili and slaw and at $4.19 each, I have high expectations. The slaw didn't seem fresh and it had too much liquid. There was also a lot of it. The hot dog was bun was soggy by the time I got to my car. The chili was bitter. I had to add ketchup to balance things out.I got fries which are still good. The fries aren't enough to bring me back.At almost $5 each a hot dog ( or $3.19 for a red dog) needs to be impressive. This isn't it. I'll stick to Steve's Place.

Traditional hot Raleigh/NC style dogs. Mustard, chilli, onions are required. Add ketchup on your own heathen. The vegetable beef soup is like homemade and is a treat during winterThe crinkle fries are perfect, but require multiple packs of ketchup, be prepared.

I visited this location today. The sweet tea did not have sugar, so why call it sweet tea? The hot dogs wasn't that good because the Chilli tasted as if it's out of the can. Weiner works is better in my opinion.

I asked for a Kosher Dog, the lady gave me a Pork Dog, when I mentioned it, the manager came over and she didn't even know what a Kosher Dog was. And when I said Beef Frank, she chewed me out for not knowing what a Kosher Dog was! How do you sell hotdogs and not know the difference???

Don’t expect Costco sized dogs but they are very tasty and the chili is really good. I highly recommend the fries. They are crinkle cut and cooked just right.

The all-beef hot dog, while more expensive, is well worth the cost and additional wait time. Staff have always been courteous and friendly. My favorite hot dogs in Raleigh for many years now!

The lady that takes your order is always very nice consider but there's one in the background back there that has to make hot dogs has always got something to say when you order more than 10 hot dogs.
