I've patronized this location several times over the past 2 years. My favorite thing about it is being able to order my smoothie on the app during my workout cool down, then walk over to pick it up on my way out. The past few times, it has taken well past the time they say it will be ready.Today was by far the worst. The TM usually put the finished smoothies for pick up in a tray by the door. I stood at the entrance a good 15 minutes AFTER the time my order said it could be picked up and watched several people walk in to order and take theirs to go. None of the TM acknowledged me watching them. I had to finally walk up and ask about my order. Apparently, they are kept behind the counter now and you have to ask for it. I understand the change, I do. But at least put up a sign so I know to ask or have your TM acknowledge those waiting. The TM working today didn't seem to care at all. They didn't seem have any initiative or interest in anything. The crew I usually see working gives the best service. Not the 2 working today.
Left my smoothies short, extremely vapid and slow service from 3 whole team members at 4p on a Monday. People are busy and have to go, and people are waiting a long time both before and after my smoothies. The three TMs are too busy chatting it up without working on making anything.
Location does not give accurate hours of operation. The store hours state that they open at 7am. I figured after my workout I would get a smoothie at 8. The store still wasn’t open. So I figured they’d open at 8:30. I waited around until 9 and they still weren’t open
I got the Hulk Strawberry with whey. Came out smooth and thick was very delicious. Whoever decided to hire the employees who knows about macros and calories and fitness did the right thing. She made it easier for me to pick a smoothie and sounded very passionate on explaining. I give a 10/10 recommendation
Pretty good smoothies ?next door to a gym. Great meal replacements and no long wait time.
Not the friendliest service that I'm used to receiving in other SK stores. The smoothie received was not as tasty or favorable as in other Smoothie King stores in other states.
I love smoothie king. Love this location.. but you guys are always closed. I understand it’s hard to find help. But if you could change your hours on Google please. I’ve came before and it says Yall close at 7… but I get there at 6:40-6:50 and store is already closed. I’ve been driving all the way to Morrisville just to get a shake. Not trying to be rude, it’s just very frustrating.
If I could give 0 stars I would. My co-worker and I ordered online for pickup today (09/20/2021). We drove over to the Smoothie King located at North Hills and somehow the website conveniently forgot to notate that they weren't opened. I went to the gym next door; they share a suite and asked if something was going on. I was met with "I don't know. They just didn't show up today." COMPELTEY unprofessional. If these are the standards that Smoothie King has, I will be CERTAIN to TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE from now on! My co-worker and I had to RUSH back to the office and figure out a different lunch plan and how to get our money back. This is such a sad display of the times we live in!
I made an online order for a pickup during my lunch hour; for myself and a co-worker. We rush over there only to find that they're closed. Why? "They just didn't show up today." Is what I was told. They didn't show up but they managed to take our money. This is not how you do business so I will take mine elsewhere.
Walked in 40 min before they close tonight and three women were working and one lady said out loud "it never ends". I replied back saying sorry.... thinking to myself,. Sorry I'm here to give you business that helps pay you??????? They were very rude, not interested and clearly we walked out. Let me remind you this is North Hills shopping center known to have class, respectfulness and good service. Guess smoothie king has lowered their standards.
